Items ordered were out of stock. The person who spoke, Ayan was extremely rude & had inappropriate attitude to its customers. It was my 1st experience and I suggest not to order thru this app.

I ordered chicken breasts. The order was not delivered but the app shows delivered. I made the mistake of making payment in advance. So lost my money and the order. Either the delivery guy stole it or the they were out of stock. In case of latter they should have informed me.

Refund for undelivered online purchase not done. Feedback in app doesn't work, no response to calls, no response to emails. Bad experience.

After talking the order cancelled it after 20-25 min as the order is below 1000 (675 ) where as 250 is the minimum amount of order for free delivery

Haven't received my order even after 4 hrs and got an sms that my order has been delivered successfully....this is bullshit and cheating....my fault...paid in advance by paytm...DEL 5862....finally got my order at 2110 hrs....

I ordered chicken from this store on 13/09/2016 and when the payment was done, the transaction got failed. I tried a second time and again it was a failure. I mailed a couple of times and there was no response. I called them , they are asking me to contact my bank. When I called the bank, they say that good to go says it is a valid transaction. Now nothing is resolved.

I ordered today Chicken seekh O.ID is 22738 which is cash on delivery but I have already paid online instead of this need to order again as cash on delivery (told by good to go itself). Issue is present in their app while payment but they need proof my email which is sent but no response. Now I need to wait for tomorrow because they don't have delivery boy....which is pathetic...why they are showing deliver y slot if they cant delivered to us. Just making fool because we have paid online we have bear them.
