Moving this from two stars to one star. Consistent problems with app and website. No response to my questions via email. No credit to charity for my big purchases, or most donations regardless. When trying to see how much the cause has raised I'm shown an error for months now with "we're working on it." I will no longer market this as a way to make money for my charity. Original post: Only 30% of my purchases through the app and the website show up. The rest require keeping documentation, filling out missing donation forms, etc. I've escalated the constant issue several times and get zero response. I'm not sure if they're pocketing the promised donations or if the retailers aren't sending them. Either way, I'm questioning the validity of the whole program. I'd rather just write a check to the charity than go to all the trouble of doing the job they promised to do.

I have used their coupons before when I shopped online by just getting the code off from an online coupon on their site. Now I can't even find the coupons. I can't even figure out how to get the coupon on here. The store I wanted isn't on here, and it won't let me add it. Considering removing app.

No use outside of the US, enough apps say not available in your area when they are useable, this one says nothing until you sign up, giving them another email address to probably sell.

I have this on my PC but mobile version sends me to wrong store in wrong country with no way to change it. Also couldn't search in that store even if I wanted to because it goes into a permanent loop and just freezes in a search within store.

I'm delighted that purchases from many companies allow a donation, through Goodshop, to a favorite charity or school. While I cannot afford to make large personal donations at this time, Goodshop affords me the opportunity to give when shopping for my family's needs.
