Nato nel 1989, e' stato uno dei primi locali della città a proporre cocktail e un modo di bere che all'epoca non era ancora diffuso in città. Ed è proprio allora che dalla mente di Rolando Oddi nacque il Persichetto, aperitivo tipico, diventato ormai simbolo dell'happy hour ternano. Il locale è ancora oggi un punto di riferimento per giovani e non, con un'ampia scelta di vini al calice, birre, ma soprattutto cocktail e una vasta gamma di vodke, rum e whisky da tutto il mondo. Aperto tutti i giorni, dalle 18 si parte con l'aperitivo servito insieme ad un ricco buffet.
