مشروع صناع القادة:
يهدف مشروع صناع القادة على بناء القيادات الشابة العمانية التي تحمل على عاتقنها تبني مشاريع ومبادرات وطنية تسهم في بناء هذا الوطن العزيز من خلال غرس القيم العمانية الوطنية في نفوسهم واكسابهم مهارات القيادة المتصلة بتكوين رؤى مستقبلية تنطلق من رسالتهم النبيلة في هذه الحياة والتي تتطلب الجهد والعطاء المتواصل في ضوء ما يملكه الإنسان من قدرات وملكات فكرية وإبداعية يمكن الدفع بها وتمكينها وتطويرها لأقصى الطاقات الكامنة التي تستطيع أن تبتكر وتعمل وتبدع وتبني الوطن والمجتمع انطلاقا من فكرة التنمية المستدامة وتنمية الموارد البشرية وبناء الإنسان العماني وهي أحد الركائز المهمة التي حث عليها المقام السامي لجلالة السلطان يحفظه الله ويرعاه.

تحقيق الريادة ببناء وتطوير أفضل القادة
وترتكز هذه الرؤية نحو تحقيق الريادة التي تحمل قيم الابداع والتميز والابتكار والتفرد واتباع المنهجيات العلمية المتصلة ببناء وتطوير وتمكين الشباب في مجالات القيادة وما تتضمنه من أبعاد متكاملة في مهارات التنمية والتميز البشري.
رسالة مشروع صناع القادة 2:
بناء جيل من القادة واعين بذواتهم قادرين على ممارسة القيادة الخلاقة للارتقاء بأنفسهم ووطنهم.

أهداف المشروع:
الوصول بالمتدربين الى أعلى مستوى معرفي بذواتهم وقدراتهم.
تمكين المتدربين من توظيف قدراتهم ومواهبهم وامكاناتهم وتطويرها باحتراف وابداع.
تمكين المتدربين من الحصول على المنهجيات اللازمة لقيادة المؤسسات والمواهب، وتطوير العمل القيادي.
تمكين المشاركين من إعداد الخطط وتبني المشاريع والمبادرات المؤسسية والمجتمعية التي تسهم في بناء الوطن العزيز وتحقيق النجاح لأنفسهم في مختلف المجالات.

مراحل ومكونات المشروع :
اولا : الدورات التدريبية: وتم تقسيمها إلى مربعين:

المربع الأول: دورات القيادة الذاتية ويشمل البرامج التدريبية التالية:
برنامج التعرف على الذات والقدرات.
برنامج كاريزما القائد.
برنامج التخطيط الاستراتيجي.
برنامج الذكاءات المتعددة.

المربع الثاني: دورات القيادة المؤسسة ويشمل البرامج التدريبية التالية:
برنامج الطاقة الحيوية.
برنامج تدريب المدربين في القيادة TOT.
برنامج التميز البشري.
برنامج القرآن وبرمجة العقل.
برنامج القيادة الخلاقة.
برنامج الاسعافات الاولية.

ثانيا: المعسكرات التدريبية:
معسكر القيادة الأول (معسكر تدريبي تفاعلي ميداني لاختبار مهارات الأداء القيادي المكتسبة في القيادة الذاتية).
معسكر القيادة الثاني (معسكر تدريبي تفاعلي ميداني لاختبار مهارات الأداء القيادي المكتسبة في القيادة المؤسسية).



الفترة الزمنية للمشروع:
يستمر المشروع لأكثر من سبعة أشهر من التدريب حيث تم تقسيم كافة البرامج والفعاليات خلال الفترة من 1 مايو ولغاية 31 ديسمبر 2016 م بمعدل دورتين تدريبيتين ولقاء تدريبي في كل شهر ويضم المشروع حوالي 200 ساعة تدريبية معتمدة.


مكان تنفيذ البرامج واللقاءات التدريبية
في قاعات معهد الإدارة العامة.
في قاعات النادي الثقافي العماني.
في قاعات الاكاديمية الدولية للتدريب.
ومن المتوقع تنفيذ المعسكرات التدريبية في منتجعي شنجريلا وملينيوم.

ما سيحصل عليه المتدرب بعد المشروع:
شهادة معتمدة في القيادة من جامعة معتمدة من جامعة واكسون الامريكية.
شهادة اعتماد دولية للبرنامج القيادي من الأكاديمية العالمية للتدريب والتطوير من المملكة المتحدة المتحدة.
دبلوم متقدم في القيادة الخلاقة من الأكاديمية العالمية للتدريب والتطوير من المملكة المتحدة.
شهادة مدرب مدربين في القيادة TOT من مركز كايزن لتطوير الأداء.
شهادة مسعف دولي من الجمعية الأمريكية للقلب.
شهادة ممارس في الذكاءات المتعددة من المعهد الأمريكي للتعلم والتنمية البشرية.
مادة علمية زاخرة من الكتب والحقائب التدريبية
متابعة للمشاركين بعد انتهاء المشروع لمدة ستة أشهر بعمل جلسات كوتشنج لهم للتأكد من العائد التدريبي الخاص بهم وممارستهم للقيادة الفعالة في مجتمعهم ومؤسساتهم.

Phases and components of the project:
First: Training courses have been divided into two squares:

The time period of the project:
