Terlahir di Malang 30 Juli 1970, Anak ke 3 dari 5 bersaudara. Sempat bekerja pada beberapa perusahaan besar seperti PT. Easterntex (Textile Industry, Div. Utility), PT. Farditama Tunggal (Stringing Wiring SUTET, PLN Project, sebagai Plant Supervisor), PT. Gatra Mapan (Furniture Industry, sempat menjabat sebagai QA Manager, Manager Produksi dan Management Representative).

Competency basic yang dimiliki adalah Factory System Development, Quality Management System (Sertified Internal Auditor dari SGS ICS), Productivity Management System (Sertifikasi Productivity Specialist dari IMPAC USA).

Competency yang dimiliki tidak berhenti untuk maju mengenal dunia usaha, termasuk pada Tehnologi Informasi. Karena dengan tehnologi informasi yang maju dan modern, maka segala usaha apapun akan dapat lebih mudah terjual. Baik berupa produk maupun Jasa.
