Terrible, annoying security measures, too many restrictions, hate it

One of the worst apps I've come across. It only worked for some time when I installed it. After a while, it kept showing sign out message, despite I tried to login again. After reinstalling, it worked, but the issue repeated. Now I've uninstall ed it. Won't use it until the issue is fixed. And won't recommend this app to anyone. Surely, Blackberry didn't do justice to its goodwill with this buggy app.

Worst app. Especially after rebranding. Previously the app crashed, had issues with logging in and quitting. Now after rebrand i cant even get it to sign in. Tried the uninstall and reinstall like others, but doesnt work. Stuck on connecting screen and thats it.

Conference chats (chats between 3 contacts or more) are not working. It would be nice if this app could also enable audio calls and not just text chats.

After update, starts and connects for the first time. After that stops to reconnect until reinstall.

Not reliable. It has worked in the past. But now just doesnt connect.

Since rebranding, it has stopped working. Can't sign in. Can try. Nothing happens.

After update and re-branding, app logs in the first time and then does not reconnect until you uninstall and re-install.

Was good before rebrand (no pun intended). Since rebrand have to reinstall daily to allow it to connect.

Login and logout doesn't work reliably. Sometimes the app doesn't close. I have to end the process explicitly from application manager when it happens.

Incorrectly reports my unrooted Android as being Jailbroken, won't run.

Was working when it was good. It suddenly throws initializing error today

After the updated look and rebranding all they did was make it pretty because it doesn't work at all. Unfortunately I have to delete it.

After Blackberry update, can't logout/login unless I uninstall/reinstall.

Very basic and frequently buggy. No group chats. Can't accept desktop sharing or video either.

Hasn't worked at all since the rebrand.

I would give this app negative stars if I could. Half the time it gives me a network error and is totally unreliable. Also, if it gives the network error (not signed in) there is no way to exit Good Connect unless force closing or exiting Good Work email. Add an easy way to exit just the Connect app!!! I can't believe my company pays for this service!

The app gets automatically disconnected after couple of minutes from login and so it appears as offline to colleagues and defeat the purpose of being connected throughout. It only gets connected once we get into the app. This app requires fix & so request developers to look into this.

Always sign me out automatically even though the network is very stable. Even though the status is signed in, message sometimes is incompleted. Worst IM software I've ever seen.

Works 10% of the time. Cannot believe my company wastes money on this app. Stable connection and email works but this app shows me as signed out constantly.

It hardly able to connect then disconnect promptly. Will be uninstalling. Developer..please improve. If i can connect with my email with no issue there is no reason i am having problem connecting on IM

App will not deliver messages consistently from corporate network. Shows my status as offline when I'm online. Also, no way to close application without rebooting device.

I have Uninstalled and reinstalled this app over and over again to no avail. Just stopped working for no reason. This is the pits

Nearly unusable pile of garbage. Wish I had read reviews before going BYOD at my company.

Drops connection more than connected. Useless really.

This app works about 50% of the time. I constantly get a network error.
