Uninstalling and reinstalling it. Upgrade broke the app. After reinstalling it works now.

Latest update is a huge drain on battery. Takes up over 40% of battery usage consistently.

A terrible companion app to the equally horrible "Blackberry Work" email app. Shouldn't even be allowed on the Play Store until it has gone through user experience transformation and proper QA testing

This app worked fine as Good Access, but when it upgraded to Blackberry access it completely broke. I now get an error saying that 'this specific version is unauthorised', and to contact my IT department.

It is very secure which is great. The realize I gave it four stars, though, is that the internet browser itself is slow (which, I believe, is due to the security level).

Hopeless. Keeps crashing after every authentication process. Will manage without it.

What a terrible app. It is unresponsive all the time. It gives me frustration every time when I needed to use it. An app of such quality shouldn't even be allowed of Google Play.

Limited hardware support. Doesn't support Xiaomi phones. Poor development roadmap.

The browser is very slow. Earlier when it was good access, it used to work fast. Please fix this.

It's not a great app. Forced to use it for work and it handles email and calendar well enough. The browser is useless on our network. But the latest version removed custom notifications so now my happy sounds for all my work stuff are replaced with boring Good canned sounds. It sucks. Please undo this. The reasoning in the FAQ is meaningless to me. Allow users to synchronize their sounds if they like across multiple devices, but also let us have custom sounds

1-out-of-2 times the application crashes on my MotoX play ("Good Access isn't responding..."-message). Same for the Good Work app of the same maker. This app is so secure I cannot even access my own website....

One word, powered by Blackberry! Wasn't there a reason Blackberry is almost out of business? Oh right, they had no clue what customers wanted and they still don't.

This app consistently fails and prevents access to email and calendar through Good seemingly always at critical moments. I have found that if I close all recent good app windows then force stop good access and clear the cache it will work again and I can use good again until it hangs. This is awful though and takes long enough to make you embarrassingly late when you're on the road and trying to dial into a business call. If this could be resolved so I don't have to keep resetting that would be great!

As with all the Good/Blackberry apps, it's complete garbage that barely works. I would have never gone BYOD at my company had I known how awful this app suite is.

The app almost never works. URLs just don't resolve with absolutely no error or earning messages. This app is a mess.

The worst app ever.. it will work only 1 out of 10 times. Always crashes on my samsung note 4.

This app all the issues of the world. Not even fit to be considered as an app. It never opens any intranet URLs and gives nonsense reasons for it

This browser is from the stone age and totally piece of crap. God, I wish I didn't have to use this on day-to-day basis. It just fails.

What's it all about? Hangs, crashes and upsets other apps. This is like installing a voluntary virus

On certain intranet sites says version unsupported, browser less than ie5.0

It needs upgrade. Very very slow even on broadband. Sometimes hangs.

Hangs and requires a forced shutdown 80% of the time during authentication

There was fingerprint ID announced for this app, however, it has not happened yet for Galaxy Note 4. Very disappointing.

It is not so effective as Blackerry has name for secure mail service

Recently when I click on an email in good and it tries to go to good access, the screen just keeps blipping like it wants to go then goes right back to the beginning.
