Good Agent

Takes over your phone and drains the life out of it. I only download when I need to be connected. Otherwise I remove it.

Would give two stars, if only you would remove the persistent notification. At least then I could forget what garbage was on my phone. Well, between crashes at least.

The performance on my Galaxy Note 3 has slowed to an unbearable crawl since installing this app. The time out settings are not working either. As soon as my screen goes off, I need my pin to get back on, even though I'm supposed to have 5 minutes. Very hard (dangerous even) to use my device got navigation or hands free while driving. I will probably disable it soon and give up the privilege of accessing work data on my phone. It's that bad.

Good is Bad. Very frustrating to use. There must be a better option out there!?

Access screen keeps flashing up and popping up, always have to close the app before I can log in again, loading screen unbearably long. I hate the security requirements. I am going to tell my boss I can't check my mail outside of work, this app has ruined my phone. Also why do you have to advertise Good in the Good Mail default signature, annoys me. Also the default text is times new roman, why not make it the outlook or lotus notes default? And why does Good Agent is defaulted to be included in my active notifications.

This is needed in some good work configurations as a mdm agent. Currently this is completely broken in Android 7.0 and above. It does work with the OnePlus Two though....

After updating to Android N this appears to just lock my phone. App opens every other second and does nothing.

Upon upgrade to Android N, agent will pop up and take over the screen with a blank page. Unacceptable.

The Agent uses 40% of the battery, compared to 1-5% for other apps and 18% for the Android OS. Product quality is going down hill.

Cannot update my organization policy on lenevo vibe p1 no error message and no support I am surprised why organization invest on such waste app and make our life hell dont understand how come they can call them self as leader of mobile security ?

Not supported on OnePlus One, which runs Cyanogen mod Officially. It even says "Good Agent cannot run on a rooted device...", which my phone, clearly, is not. You need to come up with a fix!

That whole Good suite of apps is extremely cumbersome and often cripples itself, forcing to uninstall everything, reboot, reinstall everything. Why can't they build agent, access and work into one app? Stupid waste of time..

App pops up with a blank screen repeatedly on Android N. I was hoping this would be resolved by the time N went GA but it's still the case today.

Not that stars matter for those of us compelled to use this, but I wanted to add a data point that this doesn't work on Android N. It basically takes over the phone by bringing up a blank screen every 2 seconds. Uninstalling it is a fun challenge!

can i vote negative stars??? is that possible??? it completely failed to let me sign up for some reason.... i was given access through my corporation and everything appeared fine on our end but it wouldn't let me log in... i get an update the next day to Android N and the application starts taking over my phone... I could barely uninstall the Good Agent app to be able to use the phone.... seriously, this app is some of the worst development i have run across for mobile applications. Why did my company choose such crap????

100% non functional on N. Which is now a full release client, not a beta. Get it together, Good

This does not work on OnePlus phones. To make it worse, it says cannot work on rooted device when device is not rooted. You need to fix this as Oneplus is the next big thing in Android!!

I like not getting email but sometimes you have to to do your job. Not being able to send email is a nice feature as well.

Installed fine, worked for a week then stopped. Tried all troubleshooting steps and am left with the agent on my phone and it won't deactivate or uninstall, and the console doesn't show any devices. Spent too much time on something that should just work for the price paid.
