Good app, but when viewing playback there doesn't seem to be a way to fast forward the play back, neck great of you could do. Nothing happens when you go to the feedback section and there are 3 little dots on top of each other that don't seem to do anything at the very bottom right corner of my screen.

I buy 3 systems and I just install one I follow the limited instructions to connected on my phone and see my cameras they work only in WiFi not outside my network the application Said DEVICE OFFLINE I'll been trying to see if there another way to make it work and see my cameras without WiFi but there's nothing please need your help there is another way to change this and make it work... I see in the reviews all people complain about your application and the dvr quality... Please

I got this app for my zosi 8 channel DVR. Only the first 4 of my 8 cameras will connect even though there are 8 channels on the app. The feeds that do work are extremely laggy and constantly freeze. The play back function doesn't work the app constantly force closes and either the support page doesn't work or no one is responding. I would have spent a little more money and got a better system if I had known I'd be stuck with this. Very disappointing

Not compatible with Samsung tablets OR iPads. App downloads, but says "Device Not Connected" constantly. App works on iPhone, so I know the device IS connected. Called the only phone number I could find and was sworn at by the man on the phone. Waiting now, Day 6, to get e-mailed support. Absolutely terrible experience.

It works but.. It sometimes does not find the server even if the windows application does... Unreliable would be the proper description. Also the options are very limited. Being able to have most of the features of IVSS (the destop software) would be an asset. I have yet to find a replacement APP. I use neteye camera for my lorex system but it is not compatible with ZOSI. I wish it were...

The quality is horrible. But then it started this annoying thing where if it an alarm will pop up in front of ur screen and ring regardless if ur phone is locked or if ur in an app, even phone calls, it will pop up and block your view, and it will happen again and again until I force close the app. It's very annoying. Not to mention how (it popped up just now) annoying the alarm sound is. It sounds like a car alarm going off (beeping and honking). it popped up while I was typing this message!!!

Has been showing device offline for the last week.Device is NOT offline.It has internet connection and all other equipment that is connected works except this.crappy app at best.Did this couple times before.works when it feels like it and off half the time.

App work fine for me. You have to log into the app with the administration name and password from the dvr otherwise is says the system isn't connected.

Come on Longterm, your cctv apps have become completely useless after working well for so long. My device is not offline and I can easily access it through other apps, so what is the sudden problem with your app giving incorrect information??

I have an 8 channel dvr but will only show 4 cameras. Also when you try to look up recorded video it does not show dates or times only random numbers.... Other then live feed on 4 cameras it's awful.

The app worked a couple times since then every time I access the app it either continues connecting indefinitely I get the device offline error message every time I refresh

Hardly ever works but when it does it takes forever to load (approximately 5 minutes per camera). When you do get a picture it is clear unless you have movement then forget it. It also freezes up after about 2 minutes and you have to go through the entire 5 minute loading process again only to have it say device offline! Terrible app!

Need updates really bad my phone is a motor g4 plus 2016 phone and this app is crap needs to be fixed ASAP

I had the previous version that was much better. I had to delete it and re download and now it won't connect to my system. It also has a lot less functionality now

in addition to the other problems reported elsewhere... it does function but.... V. slow performance - Zosi hardware is better than this. This ap is for use with their Zosi security camera system. the ap requires use of their proxy service to work. I would like to know if there is a 3rd party paid camera ap that is compatible with the zosi hardware - the hardware is actually very good quality.

Camera hardly ever updates, thought it was supposed to be real time. Very slow to load, needs some updating......Nexus 5x....is there any other app out there that will work well with my zosi cameras?

Use to work, updated to 1.1.3 firmware (was on 1.1.0), now all I get is "Device is offline", now it is on line and the network test passes (that is all I can trouble shoot), so do not lie to me that it is offline! This use to work, but no longer do I get anything remote, which makes the ZOSI system useless as that is the entire point remote monitoring!, at least is there as a debug log I could view to see what is failing, but the app provides no information at all.

This app is awesome , just like goolink used to be before the latest update totally ruined it. Please don't change anything on this one. It's perfect as it is! Simple to set up and brilliant to use. Love it!

It is nearly impossible to enter a search time for saved video. As soon as you enter the end time, it changes the start time to exactly that time.

Replaced dvr box and now works. Phone app was not the problem for me after all

App worked initialy, but the last few weeks it doesn't anymore. Keeps saying "device offline" while it isn't. Tell me please, how do I fix this??!!!

Have been using for two months this app before living a review. This is an excellent app with almost instant view once the app have been opened, considering you have an excellent Internet service. The app is superb once running it, with views of four cameras at the same time. If you have more than four cameras just select first four, then once you are satisfied, proceed to the next or other cameras. The app allows you to instant record videos/photos, zoom in/out on each camera view. Beautiful !!!

works ok but the connection always seems to be slow and when there is movement the screen gets very pixalated

Connects 1 out of 1000 times. Worst ever, what's the point of having cameras if you cannot connect and check them

Had trouble setting parameters, but once I got it figured out...works very well. 4 stars views 4 cameras at a time only.

Bought a brand new Zosi system & used the QR code scanner to download this app & used the QR code scanner to install the system & manually installed it, both ways didn't work.

Can anybody help me . . Having trouble to connect the app to my dvr . . Keeps saying it's offline but when I check the dvr it says it's connected. . Anybody help me??

So far works better than other DVR apps I have used. Satisfied for use with inexpensive 4 camera system.

The cameras show clear, an I can see them on my phone anywhere I go, so that's why I gave it 5 stars.

If app showed more than 4 cameras it would be 5 star

can't connect
