I tried login but its not allowing me to log in.. It is showing that you are not logged.. Can you please help me out in this regard.. If someone rang the bell it shows on my phone but after pressing the view button it's not connecting.

Very clunky software, works intermittently... I wish I could find any other "universal" software work with this bell.
