Ampere for Android
Shows me mAmp/hour charge rate and other useful stats. Easy to read and allowed me to ID charging rate issue as poor electrical contact in USB socket on tablet (not wires or battery as many forum inhabitants suggested). There's no substitute for good data in analysis. Garbage in=Garbage out. Now sorted this issue. Thanks Guys
I think I solved the problem after I activate persistent notification. Here is bug I found later: --> Last update has one mayor bug. It always shows below 360 mAh even my phone on quick charging. In another word, my phone charges normally, but this app doesn't show actual mAh like usual. <--
Straightforward app that tells me what I want to know about my tablet's power. Very useful for seeing how well tha charging cables are working. I appreciate that the developer didn't throw in graphs and other unnecessary bells and whistles.
Used to be good. I've paid for no ads since 29.09.2017, but suddenly now my widget locked again, and I must pay again for no ads. Why?? I only have a single account in my device, the account I used to purchase before. I tried to reinstall but still not work. Now it all set..!
Great saver of time. We have 5 or 6 chargers and found that 3 of them were useless and the same thing with the cables (small diameter). With the information your app gave me, I had the courage to toss the suspect hardware. Thanks
Edit: Since the latest update Ampere now displays my LG G3 charging/discharging at either 10mA or 20mA, both of which are wrong and far too low. Unfortunately at the moment the app has become unusable for me. t's a good app. I'm not sure how accurate the amp readings are but this will depend on your device. On my LG G3 for instance I suspect Ampere is deriving it's measurements from /sys/class/power_supply/battery/current_now, some of the readings from that file occasionally show my phone charging at up to 30A! Also the app was recently showing my phone allegedly charging at 2.5A on a 2A charger which is obviously unlikely to be accurate. But these are sensor or kernel issues, not really the app's fault and the readings I get from the app are good enough to tell if a charger/cable is significantly faster/slower than another one.
Now it works perfectly. I might be misused other Google account for installing so my purchase can't be restored. After reinstalling using the right account now it works like a charm. Thanks Dev, sorry for last two stars
I paid for an ad free version of this app and when I run it it still won't run until I deal with an annoying nag screen about leaving a review. You're that desperate for a review? Fine, here's your one star review.
Gave it 5 stars and paid lic. In 2016. This is Feb. 2018. My Zenfone Zoom app goes through measuring cycle but registers "0" . At least in the past 7 months the app now indicates charging instead of discharging when in fact the phone was charging
Now its new update can't tell accurate charging mAh. Kindly improve its bugs...
this app gets the job done, 95-97% accurate at charging though we have to consider , we can see only on screen on so charge will definately vary, would love to see charging voltage as well not only the charging amps and battery volts, good work braintrapp team :)
I have enjoyed this app until the update. After update I lost my pro version after purchasing it on August 15th 2017.
Measures the recharge mah but also discharge mah energy use while not charging. the best app of this kind I've found.
Molt bé que estigui en català. Podríeu afegir un apartat explicant quins són els valors normals i a partir de quins ens hauríem de preocupar.
In Lenovo k8 plus reading is always show the zero. please fix the issue as soon as possible.
Add options for the max usb current and charging rate for the nougat and upper Android phones users. These options were there for the marshmallow users. They are of great help, try to add them in the next update.
App not measuring battery capacity showing always 0mah while charging
Really it says 0 mA ,,,,,,, I would say this app isn't compatible in some devices like why I'm using.. Maybe'
I really recommend this app to everyone who cares how fast there phone is charging and keeps an eye on the life of battery
This app is great I can see what my battery is pulling and what apps are killing it and see if my charger and cords are charging at copacit6
Me ajudou a comprar um Novo carregador, malakoi
This is a good app if you want to know what current of voltage your phone takes in and how many mA' it can take.
Extremely usefulfor diagnostics of battery and charging.
Phone screen went blank once
Good app upgrade my charge speed
I'm using this app to determine howmany amps my usb charger charging my handheld..
Useful for monitoring the charg/discharge rate.
Fix the sync with xiaomi phone
random values from 30mA to 1.54A on the same socket
For a tech-geek, this is a MUST HAVE!!
Very usefull, but takes a long time to reset
Nice solid app. Works great and the little banner ads are unobtrusive.
Light weight and awesome, s must for any battery geek
Useful app
sudah lebih baik
Simple easy to use and gets better with every upgrade.
Great for identifying what my cables and chargers are outputting to my phone.
Help me ensure that I buy a good cable
Although my charger outputs 2.1A, the app shows only 10mA. It doesn't make any sense, because the phone gets charged very fast. When the phone discharges, it shows -4896 mA. Please fix this issue. My phone is LG g3 d855 Android 6, thanks

I've just always had it on my phones, since... I think around the time the app went up. It services one specific technical need and it does it well. If you need to know the details of what's going on with the interplay of your battery, chargers, and phone, then this is the tool to use. There's always room to improve, logs for better diagnostics would help, but I love it as is.
