What are users saying about Active TRK by Series-8

M70%
by M####:

The actual device is pretty on point. Only off by a few steps here and there. But the app is kind of crap. Inputting the points is a hassle, it always subtracts some of my points (by hundreds of steps). It also doesn't allow me to put in my steps through out the day. All in all. App gets 1 star, device gets 4 stars. Equals out to about a 2.5.

M70%
by M####:

It works great for me only thing I don't like is if I forget to put my steps in at night then I have to manually fix it because it puts u back at 0 steps

B70%
by B####:

Each day I enter my points, but then it goes back to zero.. That is just irritating. But other than that the app is fine.

O70%
by O####:

I wish the bracelet was more senstive..I'll be exercising, moving constantly and the number barely goes up. It should.count.every motion not just jerky ones like if I shake my wrist it counts but if I bike and put it on my leg it does nothing.... it was cheap so eh, I don't care but if they ever remodel it they should fix that

E70%
by E####:

Have to program it and find exactly how it works will give a more accurate rating in the next week or so

R70%
by R####:

It told me everything I needed to know! I am so excited about getting in shape now. But the app did make me rate it before I could continue.

O70%
by O####:

It's okay so far. Haven't been using it for that long but seems to work. Not sure about the accuracy.

M70%
by M####:

I'm very disappointed in this. It doesn't count much when I am walking (I walked 2 miles and it only read 20 points) but the I'll be sitting on the couch and get 30+ points. Highly inaccurate and nearly impossible to reach 10000 a day goal

T70%
by T####:

Not accurate at all....on elitical for a half hour and not one step counted

M70%
by M####:

Dont really show anything with all my activity the highest it got was 885

J70%
by J####:

Doesn't always show the points that I've entered. Some days it works others it don't. Guess that's what $5 will pay for.

M70%
by M####:

Second day using it and when I input points it comes up 0. Very frustrating.

M70%
by M####:

I like it because it helps me get more active, and stop playing tablet, playing phone, and watching tv, and i am now getting more than 10,000 steps a day. So good.

D70%
by D####:

I gave a 1 star, only because it keeps forcing me to rate it. But how can I rate something before I try it? They always say "Don't knock something until you try it" well I feel the same way about giving a rating!!! Don't rate something til you at least try it out. You should wait a little bit after you see activity on a person's profile or give the option to rate later. And after a bit ask again to rate without the option to rate later to use. You have to pretend to deal but still get what you want!

Me and my boyfriend bought these watches to try out. I find the steps off by +/- 3 pts, but besides that...we love it! I would love a FitBit but in trying to purchase a new home & relocating, I would rather spend my $5 on this bargain item. I am motivated & so is he. For all those complaining hey its $5. How many times we all have spent more than that on an unhealthy dinner or fast food? I know I have so big deal. Focus on ur goal. If u feel it's not accurate set ur goal higher/lower the next day. Make it work for you!

A70%
by A####:

Have to go in every day and adjust my points....irritating! Why? I put them in, it tells my how many more points I need then goes back to 0. Or it puts in a random number. I like knowing the mile/point ratio for my goals but other than that the app so far is more frustrating than helpful.....

I love it I set my goal to 10,000 to keep me motivated its kind of like a fit bit but not as accurate...but sit really good u can bet then at 5 bellow

T70%
by T####:

So anyone who says it's not counting steps correctly or says it doesn't count their points is just an idiot. If you actually go through the manual and follow the directions then your watch will work perfectly! You set your own stride to go with the watch to match your body. The people saying that it doesn't count their points when there enter them also didn't read the manual. If you don't enter the points every day then it will average your points over the days you missed. This watch is perfect!! :)

D70%
by D####:

For 5 it's not bad, but it's had to enter info on the 1st try. I have to keep entering data over and over again

D70%
by D####:

Still trying to figure out how to get it all right don't know if I'm using it right or not. Trying just help me keep me moving see if this would help

O70%
by O####:

Reading the reviews, and my initial experience after purchase, I thought I'd get no benefit from the tracker. I found that you have to wear the band right at the top of your wrist--literally where your wrist meets your hand. Once I adjusted it, I've had no issue. The question now is how long it lasts before it dies...

D70%
by D####:

So apparently sitting on my but all day watching football gets more points than a full work day and time at the gym. Just put a rubber band around your wrist for motivation and save $5

D70%
by D####:

It doesn't keep track of my steps I. the app. The band is pretty good though.

H70%
by H####:

It needs a light first all so u can see the numbers and I wish it could be a little better but I can't complain since it was only $5

D70%
by D####:

Just started using it and trying to figure it out....

O70%
by O####:

The app deletes my data after I enter it so it goes back down to zero and I have to do it again. It's been reading my entry as only today's steps instead of using the "algorithm"to figure it out. I'm switching to the fitbit.

I70%
by I####:

It's $5 and I knew there would be bugs. This is a good app and pedometer for $5.

Q70%
by Q####:

So far it's pretty good though I don't like that I am asked to rate or send feedback when I've just inputed my first track. Give me a week trial before asking please.

D70%
by D####:

It doesn't always work, but it's ok

I70%
by I####:

Very strange but good motivator to keep on going.

D70%
by D####:

I like it so far still figuring it out.

D70%
by D####:

For the price it works well its not as active as a fit bit but it works great

S70%
by S####:

I am not sure how accurate it. But for $5, I won't complain. It still keeps me motivated to be active.

P70%
by P####:

Best $5 I've spent! Keeps me motivated.... Not sure how accurate or how is converts my activity to calories and distance, but love it nonetheless!

K70%
by K####:

I like the easy app. Not sure how accurate it is but definitely motivates me to keep moving. Would like it to be water proof. I had to replace one after caught in rain storm but with that price it wasn't that big of a deal

X70%
by X####:

Not as accurate as a fitbit but ok for the price - let's you know when you need to be more active

X70%
by X####:

I use it every day when I go for a jog. By the end of my jog I've reached like 12,000 steps. Its the best thing ever I love it.

N70%
by N####:

I have a very physically active job where I am on my feet and hustling all day and after a full day of work it said I had only moved less than 2 miles and burned under 200 calories

X70%
by X####:

Has to leave feedback to be able to input my first step.... We will see what happens
