Downloaded app and rec'd a very nice price quote, went thru all the steps to finalize booking and was told the low rate was no longer available. Seems like a scam to me, a little bait and switch.

Every freaking day when I finish a round of golf, I go to GolfNow, and book the next day's golf. ALL the best courses...I never leave home without this app. Shame on you if your are paying full price. I became a VIP member.

I had an account through Amazon and I went to log in and it wouldn't allow it and then that whole feature disappeared. And then I received some type of message saying if I buy one hot deal today I would get 3 free and I look in mind rewards and I have 0 points and I don't even have a way to contact their system for help

Do not use this app, it's horrible for the following reasons: 1. Prices are MUCH HIGHER than other apps (Try TeeOff) 2. App's default date for tee time is 2 days later -- WHY? Why not 1 day, why not just be blank? 3. You can't easily modify/cancel a reservation. 4. You will be on hold on the customer service number FOR EVER -- Obviously because of the MANY satisfied customers. 5. When I finally got to talk to someone in customer service, explaining my issue, he agreed to credit me for the reservations (after explaing it about 10 times) -- Guess what, I GOT NO CREDIT!! HORRIBLE -- Will be deleting the app and never using it again. I hate it so much, I doubt I'll be able to resist telling random people I play golf with (I have a flexible schedule, so yes, Golf Now folks, I often book tee times for the VERY NEXT DAY, not just 2 days out, and sometimes even sooner). Hey GolfNow -- GET a clue, there's lot of better competition out there that doesn't spend all their money on marketing, like you obviously do. Savvy consumers will find them and stop using your crappy service.

What happened to the GOLF BIDS APP ? I guess it was shut down, bad idea. GOLF NOW fees and pricing are never the real price. I have been called a few times by their call center saying sorry the tee time you booked was taken. I have had enough of GN and their other apps. I will use a few other apps that have not been sucked up by GN.. Stay away from all GOLF NOW apps. 1/1/2018
