Kept saying the buses were "2 minutes away" or approaching but the buses never showed up. If you tried to zoom in to find the bus stop on the map, it would keep resetting the view. Had to disabled the GPS to get it to stop

This app offers nothing over the paper map. The GPS tracking feature of the buses is wrong and most importantly the map for the red route is just wrong. The correct route can be found in the paper map. In regards to the tour the recorded commentary is poor. I would suggest another bus tour company.

When you open the app,the tour price shown is much lower than the price you get on the checkout. It's actually illegal by the law, but this company doesn't care. Avoid buying from them.

Probably the most useless app ever created, found tours online and figured to get the app to make purchase and tracking easier and the tour isn't even available on the app, why have an app that doesn't include all tour services, no search function and takes about 6 mins to load every page. Don't waste your time with this app like I did.

I can't get this app to worked. Installed it and instantly received a message updates were available. Installed the application then everyone I open the app it sucks my battery with the location service and then crashes.

The app was useful to see how long until a bus arrived, but it was slow and clunky and much easier to use the paper map for everything else. The times given for arrival didn't seem very reliable at all and it really drained my battery. (I wouldn't recommend this company if it weren't packaged with the London Pass.)
