تفسير القرآن للطبري

تفسير الطبري المسمى بـ «جامع البيان في تأويل آي القرآن»

هو كتاب "جامع البيان في تفسير القرآن" ويسمى جامع البيان في تأويل القرآن، وطبع باسم تفسير الطبري للإمام الكبير والمحدث الشهير أبي جعفر محمد بن جرير الطبري المتوفى سنة 310 هـ. وهو أجل التفاسير وأشهرها ، ويعتبر الطبري أبا المفسرين كما يعتبر أبا للتاريخ الإسلامي ، وتفسيره من أقوم التفاسير وأعظمها ، وهو المرجع الأول عند المفسرين . قال: استخرت الله وسألته العون على ما نويته من تصنيف التفسير قبل أن أعمله ثلاث سنين فأعانني.

محمد بن جرير بن يزيد الطبري، أبو جعفر، المؤرخ المفسر الإمام، ولد في آمل طبرستان سنة (224هـ)، واستوطن بغداد، وتوفي بها سنة (310هـ) عرض عليه القضاء فامتنع، والمظالم فأبى، وهو من ثقات المؤرخين، قال ابن الأثير: أبو جعفر أوثق من نقل التاريخ، وفي تفسيره ما يدل على علم غزير وتحقيق. وكان مجتهدًا في أحكام الدين لا يقلد أحدًا، بل قلده بعض الناس.
