I've never felt the need to leave a review on an app before but this one is just awful! It is always jumbled completely slow loading and every time you try to view more it brings you back to the top so you lose your place. Their website is just as bad. No matter how many times it is updated it is still just as bad. I almost want to shop elsewhere just because I get so irritated trying to find what I'm looking for!

I can't believe this app has a 3.5 rating. It's God awful. It's incredibly slow to load anything, doesn't work half the time when I click something, and freezes when I finally get to look at a product. I'd use the website but it's just as bad. Will be deleting once the holiday season is over.

The only reason I downloaded this app was so I can pay for my credit card. Should have known the app would be horrible bc the website is just as bad. Whoever is in charge of creating your websites and all needs to be fired and replaced with someone who knows what they're actually doing. Horrible horrible horrible all of it is horrible!! And I love kay!

They are overpriced to begin with but the mobile site and app are even more horrific than the pricing. Find a store instead. Online shopping with them is nothing less than a waste of time and battery life. I'd never come back if I didn't have a card already.

I've had this app downloaded for quite awhile and no fixes have been made. It's very hard to use. You chose to see more product and the app moved you up several products so you have to scroll back down again. The share links don't work. How am I suppose to share and buy product if it takes me 30 minutes to find something I want and then none of the links work? Same with your website. It's the day and age for Internet purchasing and your set up is very low tier.

This app and website is broken. Tried paying my bill online and it doesnt process it and gives you a late fee and never accepts payments. Fix this crap or your gonna lose a lot of service wtf is wrong with you kay?

And the mobile site doesn't play well on the mobile version of chrome. The menu is broken so it's impossible to navigate. I would consider that worthless. Either fix the mobile site or actually build an app. Or better yet, how about both.

its a great app when i t works. as soon as i updated the app and opened it. the app crahes and refuses to open. will not work with newest update please fix asap. iv already unistalled anx reinstalled and still does not work.

This app is just as terrible as their website. Looks like they just tried to transfer the website into the app. Wish I used a different jewelry store.

Wow just wow ridiculous how much time this took to just load a single page

The App's user experience is attrocious. Takes forever to load any page and does not prompt the user when it is loading often leading to wondering if the app froze. Whenever you enter or focus on a textbox, the app scrolls to the top of the page making selecting saved options impossible. Setting up auto pay asks the user "how many" automatic payments he or she wants to make before returning to manual payments and defaults to 1. If someone looks over that they could easily miss a payment. Next if you set the auto pay number past how many payments you would have left, it will charge you still but just put it as credit on your card rather than cancelling the auto pay once the remaining balance owed is $0. Absolute rubbish. I assume it was programmed by an intern.

I downloaded this app to help with making payments on my credit card. Nope! It's extremely slow, unresponsive, and laggy. I would NEVER trust it with my bank info to make a payment.

Not easy to navigate at all. Takes forever to get anywhere and seems like it is more intetested in sales than customer care for existing accounts. Gets me the info I need at a rate sliwer than just calling. Please make it simpler to navigate. I shouldnt have to scroll to the bottom to click credit cards and log in yet again.
