This app barely works, I went up there today and a blank screen. The app is updated, so I don't know what the problem is now.
This app never wants to work! There is no excuse for this!!! I have a Galaxy S7 and WiFi connection and it's updated!
It does not work please fix
Needs better work or development, it's barely functional.
Glitchy, at best. Easier to just go online.

The app crashes constantly . I have tried repeatedly to get it to open. After several failed attempts at the menu and searching, I give up.
Will click on a link for a different page and app won't change screens or won't load anything. So frustrating!!

My son wanted to order some Pandora charms for me yesterday. He called me upset cause he couldn't place his order. When he called for help he was not helped at all. He was told his credit card had a chip in it and he had to come to the store. He gave up...he's very busy and that's why he wanted to order online. So Jared's lost out on a sale and a future customer. Come on Jerad's...it can't be that difficult!
Can't even login. have had the problem since day 1. call customer service they tell me the username and password and still no luck then they get all snooty saying That the apps not the only way pay. And act like I'm bothering them
Do you read your posts? Get a good IT person to fix this crappie ap. If you can't afford it, take it down!
For such a high priced item set the app is garbage. How difficult would it be to hire a tester and have them work through the app. I could do volumes on the problems in this app.
Worthless app! The app consistently fails and crashes when trying to perform normal operating tasks. If there was a zero star rating, I would assign it to this app.
App looks like crap, and after you click on an item to view it but want to go back to the list page, it brings you to the top of the original list page. All set filters gone, and you have to scroll through to find your place again
If you are looking for an useful app, that doesn't aloud you to make your monthly payments this is the one!
I just downloaded the app again (I deleted it a couple of months ago), and it opened to merchandise page noting delivery by 11-23 if ordered by 11-3. Ummm, what? None of the menu items will respond, unable to refresh the page, and the main page shows ads for Halloween (Pandora) charms. I think the developers seriously need to work this whole thing over. The only 5-star reviews appear to be spam. I am deleting the app. Again.
Will not let me log in. The website also has issues. I've tried changing my password, thinking that would work, but when i answer security questions it only redirects me to the login screen. This really needs to be fixed!
I can never correctly log in on the first, or even the second attempt. I always thought I was entering my password wrong but same issue even after MULTIPLE PASSWORD CHANGES. This is by far the worst app ever created!!
I have a payment method saved and it generates only 3 digits for my ssn and I try to change it... No luck I'm removing the app until further notice. BTW it seems like a promising payment method very easy to navigate. Make it function correctly and I'll give 5
Worst app period, will not let you sign in and when you call support they tell you to reinstall it. Ridiculous that a company this big has an app this bad!
This app is poorly designed and not easy to navigate. The sort options are not helpful. Invest more in your online presence please.
I've used this app primarily to pay my bill. I haven't had issues before but now for some reason I go to the page to enter my payment info and your developers must think that we should use a magnifying glass to see and enter our payment info. If you're going to render the page like that, at least have a zoom option. It's a mobile app for a reason.

This app needs to be fixed. For the company to be as big and expensive as it is the app should be able to do payments on a regular basis.
This is the worst app they might as well strip the payment feature all together.
When are you people gonna listen to your customers and fix this app and your website!!! For all the money we spend there it shouldn't be so hard!!!
I entered my cc info and was given an error message of not being able to complete the purchase. After a few times of this I checked my account to see that I had been charged twice. I received no email conf of purchase. I called the 800 number and was told the funds were just being held but an order hadn't been made. It's been a week now and my money is still on hold. They've put me through hoops to get this money back & could care less that this has happened. I will never buy from this company again.
Very slow and unresponsive. You're better off going into the store because even their mobile site is awful.

The search criteria is not saved. That is, if you view a piece and go back, you have to apply every filter again. If you're looking for something specific, this is very much a sin. Additionally, there is very poor layout of each jewerly type. While the photos are nice, the navigation is awful. Don't bother with this pile.
It takes and makes the crappy mobile site even worse. Doesn't load pages right, and takes forever to load. When I try to make a single payment, it's mandatory that I enter the dates of payments 1 and 2. Ended up getting double charged as well because it doesn't go through or give verification of payment.

App works perfect. People with problems shoukd maybe update their security on the device before writing negitive comments on a working app.
