Useless kruze app doesn't even open. Just by clicking app icon it crashes.. Wasted time.

The app crashes the minute u try to open it!!! Opened once for allowing me to sign-up!

Bus services are excellent, all new Bharat Benz A/C buses. Management quite responsive for suggestions.

Kruze services are excellent. They r very supportive, if u post or call them for any concern , they r ready to help by whatever best possible way. Most importantly they r here for travel services which I found best in class whether it is the bus or the driver. Liked it. Good work team. Appreciate it.

Its constantly giving "invalid parameter index" error in toast message. There is no google map use even though this a travel application line ola/uber. I had to create login from the website because app keeps giving error during signup.

Not even able to create a login.. all stuck. Not sure who tested this app..

App crashing after update

Cannot find route . User interface is bad. Most important :They have not mentioned the available routes

App is not at all user friendly. Kruze service is ok. It's technical team is good ,understands people's problem and provides the best solution.

Zero user friendly interface. There is no way to find bus service running on your route even by providing correct source and destination except searching by transport service number tp which is known only by the regular member.

What a pathectic app is this... Not able to sign up... And why access to media photo files required for this app??

It's a waste of time. No proper information provided on the website or the app on the bus route and timings. The only way to check is to download the app and enter the bus number which is again a pain as you can't find the bus number easily. Really disappointed with the way you guys operate. You really need to improve your customer service. Removing the app on the same day...

This doesn't show the routes properly. The date settings should be provided before the user clicks on search. And lot more improvement needed

Incomplete app. Asking individuals to fill company code. What's that??? No guide to fill the form. App hangs. Website is incomplete. Overall pathetic.
