Hi, Gojek! I used this app since the first official released on PlayStore. But I never feel so lagged with the app until the recent updates. The UI isn't friendly for some people (including me), it was so difficult to choose pick up location (and not so accurate too), and the interface design I think it's too heavy (even with more comfortable UI and color picks). Fix this on the next update please. Make it smaller, simpler and faster (for ordering) too. Thanks

Just updated the newest version. The app keep loading but no address appeared although I already pinned the pick up point. Already rebooting the phone, the problem still there. And I got the app unexpectedly closed warning. Please fix it, thanks.

This update is so amazinggggg it matches the Google material design guidelines, and it's not pain-in-the-ass to look anymore! Anyway one more thing. Could you please match the Google Guidelines on icon? I mean Google adaptive icon on the app drawer would make this app is so ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ thanksss

Such a poor quality app... every time you release an update you just make the UI/UX worse. This last one reminds me the reason why you shouldn't give glue, scissors and sparkling powder to a 4 years old... Gimme a call if interested in making an actually tested, properly organized and structured app.

The newest updates doesn't have approximate time the driver will come. The chat apps is a good new feature. But it's too bad you did not give free voucher 50K for GoCar and redeem it by 800 points. Why now it has to be 8K points to redeem Go-Car free ride voucher. And for amount of 200K IDR? Seriously who wants to ride wirh Gi-Car normally for 200K so they need to redeem their points? Please be more reliable. I am a regular gojek user, i use it every day. This is abit dissapointed. Thank you.

Can't see the pickup point & the fare information, I'm not going to use it without knowing how much does it cost. This app is useless compare to other. Fix it for 5 stars

One of the problems I have using this app is not being able to have more than one destination. Some other apps have that feature, it'll be really useful if you add that. Also, I'm only able to order food from one place. Say I wanna order some stuff from the same mall, I need to order separately. Now that's just a waste of time and money with more than one driver coming to your house.

When first year, the services were quite good. Nowaday, I am afraid to use or to be near the gojek, as most of the driver are reckless and rude on the road. Please delete the driver makes your brand weak...

Breach of security after latest update. The OTP system is useless if someone could hack it and change the phone number of the account. This is serious security breach since the hijacker can use whatever money we have in gopay. Fix this as soon as possible. If you can't secure our account, please revert back to password protection. Using OTP is not an option if people cab just switched the phone number.

Honestly, I'm not interesting with this online transportation anymore. Cause day by day more expensive. And, you know what? If using gopay, why you just give us discount only 1thousand or 2thousand rupiah only? Why???

App is good, new layout is also good. But Go-Jek food update is really bad. Never know when the driver is here, the app doesn't update the location of the driver. We should be able to top up with credit card. As a foreigner I've been to 3 alfamart that weren't able to top up because " the machine was broken"

Please be firm with your driver! Every Time I order GoCar from airport the driver ask me to change my payment from gopay to Cash. Also they are asking me to cancel the app after I meet them and they said, they will still bring me to my destination. What is this??? I really feel not safe at all! Please analyze your driver who has cancel order from airport! This is really bad!!! It will ruin your image. FYI, today I had 2 drivers cancel my order coz I dont want to follow their request and finally I took bluebird. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DRIVER! So disappointed! If i (customer) cancel my order they will say "im bad" and if they cancel?? Is it "OK?" Super bad!!

Update terbaru sering error, area makassar sering tidak terdeteksi pertama kali buka, mesti direstart dulu. Sistem navigasi jg masih perlu perbaikan, sering tidak real time dan tidak akurat (bbrp kali dpt driver yg jauh sekali tp di peta ada di dekat). Kalau hujan jg selalu pointingnya ke jakarta padahal lokasi di makassar.

I think the old version is better than the new version.. When i want to send something then i was searching the locations are incomplete and not so easy to find the location.. But when i was using the old version, I easily found the location I want and not so complicated as the new version one :)

It is so damn DIFFICULT to find a driver for GOFOOD and whenever i've found a driver, he CANCELLED IT without reason. Still need a five-star review?? You wish!

Sometimes my order got cancelled but the the driver still able to chat me. No favorite feature for certain places

Sangat membantu, suka banget designnya yg skrg, simple n clean! Cuma kadang ada error sistemnya ordernya double gitu. Kasian pak gojek merasa diphp hehe

It can't pin point my exact location evethough it's the location I use everytime. And like right now I can't use go-mart because it can't calculate my purchase. However go-food is working perfectly.

App ini gede banget makan memory, harusnya di split ke bbrp aplikasi. HP jadoel jd gk kuat buka apps nya. Atau buat gojek lite yg isinya basic aplikasi sj seperti gojek, gosend & gofood sj. Yg lainnya buat aplikasi terpisah atau buat di main app yg byk fitur gendut di main app

Everything was fine until I updated to the newest version. Udah sekitar 3x saya coba pesen go-food dan lokasi driver nggak terlacak udah sampe mana, tetep pada lokasi pertama si driver terima orderan. Saya tipe orang yang suka ngecek driver udah sampe mana supaya kalo mereka udah deket ke lokasi saya, saya bisa keluar dan untuk meminimalisir mereka kesasar, apalagi kalo udah malem. Please fix this :(

I thought there would be 7 icons on the home screen, but I was wrong. Still only one icon on screen the same as before. This new version is as great as the previous one.

Suka error sering bgt sih, tolong diperbaikin dong sistem nya, kadang suka order tp lokasinya malah kemana, terus mesen go food cancelled terus, benerin dong !

Kok sekarang gabisa buat ngecek harga kayak dulu ya, misal aku dilokasi A tapi aku pengen tau kalo ngegocar dari lokasi kota B ke D berapa ribu gitu skrg gabisa ngecek gitu. Pdhl sebelum diupdate sllu bisa ngecek harga dulu. Trs bisa bantuin tmen mesenin gojek meskipun lokasinya lg ga bareng sm aku. Skrg dah gabisa huft sedih kecewa. Kembalikannn versi yang dulu ajaa lebih mudah, lebih simple, dan ga ribet dan jujur lebih nyaman pake versi yang dulu. GPS juga lebih enakan yang dulu.

Go food sering eror "Unable to process order". malam ini paling parah, lama sekali erornya dan coba 2 toko gabisa semua

shout out to the founder of this helpfully app! however,since i used gopay somehow it's hard for me to find driver to assist me.why?it takes more time to have someone pick up my order rather than when u use cash payment.please help. And now since it's upgraded,the gps map is so funny,sometimes my driver's already in front of me but the gps still shown his/her location was still far.

Update an barunya malah bikin lama. Bagus sih lebih tepat lokasinya. Tapi bikin ribet kalo mesennya sebelum sampai tujuan. Pilih lokasi penjemputan udah pilih pointnya malah error.balik lagi ke lokasi yang dituju.kelamaan jadi milih ojol lain

A multipurpose apps capable to fulfilling most of our transportation needs. It would be great to include drivers' transportation identity such a numb plate and detail of our order in ongoing order in case lack of informations. Overall this apps really helps my daily transportation needs

The picking up map is not so accurate, it should put the GPS location as the consideration. I just hired the gojek for picking me up at PHD Utan Kayu, but the tag was a kilo away from the actual position.

The new update is simple and fresh. However, it doesnt have the internal chat, there's a lot of unnecessary things like "connect to facebook", 7 most fav service on home, as well as the internal chat that used to be there to connect faster with drivers without consuming our credits. Please please review again and do sth about it. Thank you.

Big problem. Me and a couple of my friends are experiencing the same problem. When we only want to order once, the go-jek app orders two drivers at once from one device, making each person get two drivers. This is quite the nuisance, please help fix this problem. Thank you

I think version before. It more easy . And I have a problem with chat and how to find menu for vocer. And this new update is unhelpful to me.

Kalo ada sodara, temen, kenalan, ayah, babe, enyak, ade, kakak, encang, encing, engkong, nenek yg minta tolong pesenin gojek pas hp nya mati atau apapun kendalanya, yg intinya gak di lokasi yg sama. Sekarang mati sudah! Beralih ke aplikasi tetangga. #tolongdipikirkan lagiupdatenya

It's very-very annoying after waiting almost 30min got cancelled by go-car driver. After that I must cancel another trip after booked to punish for you due slow response from your app. Wasting time

Ever since its UI revamp, the map is not accurate in showing driver's position, showing them in faraway places, jumping around, making us the user unsure about it. It also keep crashing after clicking the push notification when a driver received the order

Kembalikan map yang lama woii. Apa2an ini map baru yg gak jelas. Nama jalan, nama hotel, dan penanda yang lain hilang. Secapek itu kah sampai bikin map sendiri ketimbang pakai map google? KEMBALIKAN MAP YANG LAMA

Setelah update, setiap saya membuka Order History, App langsung crash. Saya harus uninstll total/clear data supaya normal.

Mau tekan love/favourite aja mesti paksa org utk sambungkan ke facebook. Udah populer kok, maka jgn paksa org iklankan gojek di FB lagi. Coba kasi keleluasaan ke konsumen lah.

Saya sudah update, saya memaki wifi yg tingkat kecepatannya normal, hanya saja saat saya membuka go food selalu no internet? Tolong bantu bagaimana ya ini? Saya juga telah mengaktifkan gps..
