Goibibo Flight Hotel Bus IRCTC

Gocash given 3000 rupee. now only use 1% at booking for processing fee only by gocash. why this cash given?i have to pay given charges by debit, credit card .so this is not use of gocash because just example I book train for 490 from udz to bhl station 3 tier ac Now processing fee 40 rupee which given to gocash now other cash (490 rupee) have to pay myself by debit or credit cards only.this is not use for whole ticket. i suggest you to use paytm which is better without processing fee.

Terrible services. Misleading prices and Pathetic staff! Wasted my money and ruined my vacation. Paid money for a 1 star hotel. Highly disappointed. Will definitely take action for lack of services provided. I called you guys and you refused to offer me any resolution. I have already called several times to share my elaborate concern. So your ORM team can chill because your back end sucks like every other travel company. Good luck!

The customer service is very pathetic, they responds to our concerns but resolution will be ZERO, some times they charge money but they say payment failure for refund contact bank. Bank staff says there no such type of payment failure, and I have booked flight, but it was canceled till now I have not received my amount.

Total cheat service! They are running a promotion deal of 777 off on ur first flight but I didn't get it ..on contacting them after several reminders and phone calls they agreed to refund 777 rupees because of error on their side. Now it has been 16 days now and whenever I remind them they say that "We have refunded the amount today ..u will get it in next 5-10 working days". Never saw such a cheat service. PATHETIC!

Disgusting service and app! 1. Prices shown while searching are different when you actual click on pay price. 2. Customer care is useless. They called me at 12:30am midnight for a query i had raised. Are they so senseless.??? They should be taught basic etiquettes. 3. If you reply to their emails... it won't reach. Their mailbox is full. 4. If you contact them.. you cannot reach.. it stays on hold forever. 5. I had submitted a reschedule reuqest which was cancelled. Now my ticket still shiws as reschedule request submitted and not as confirmed. Pathetic app!

Lotd of bug in the app.When u are checking the hotel the pricr is diffrent and when u click on book now the price gets inflated by 400-500 Rs.also i booked hotel room with breakfast but my voucher says that hotel room is booked without breakfast. And upon contacting customer care no proper response regarding that booking. I would recommend never to use this app for booking hotel/flight

Misleading prices shown on search page and price shows suden increase when we click book now button.. this is very bad and misleading.. we have to spend more time for making a booking... All options we need check with book now option for final price being offerd

I have received one messages from AM goibibo that you have 2000 rs go go cash in your wallet. But when I had signed up I see zero go cash balance. What type of cheating is this can't name it. If anyone from ibibo group team reads the review please review my account why I haven't received any go cash balance

Do not cheat by saying u have received Rs.2000/- in your goibibo account. Ixigo is far better than u guys. If u r offering 10% discount mention that and do not promote in wrong way...

When I check-in in the hotel Pratap Residency in ranchi near 1 pm on 27/05/2017 I came to know from reception that there is no booking in the hotel in my name. Further no room available in the hotel. I stayed in reception for an hour, ... After an hour one room checked out by one customer then they gave me room. After so many harassment. Worst worst worst service. Moreover when I am was checkout next day the same staff said that your payment is not received from goibibo. He argument's with me in that level that I called up local police to resolve the matter. He is not allowing me to check out. Goibibo is not helped me during the issue. I was with my family with one child. After lodging complain with police he allowed us to check out. Biggest cheating with me done by Goibibo. I never face these things in my life. Pathetic

I used to.love this app but nowmits getting annoying. First, the expiration on the gocash+ earned through your contacts is annoying but then, I can understand their need to do so. But now, SO MANY CONDITIONS to use it. Can't use it for flights or bus Bookings or trains.. what nonsense. It's like any other app now.

It is good app for the hotel but i really dis satisfied with the services for the trains . My ticket price is not yet refunded and its already been 20 days. They are not able to manage all the things

Hi Rent are getting daily changing Yesteryday was 1441 and today showin. 2031 i am getting confused in fares and how much taxes are added is not showing anything properly

I think this app is awesome. But i had problems booking. U need to add examples when we type in our name to pay as i was unable to but my name was right. Please make the site more easy to understand. The codes and offers.

They charged me 1060 for a room having tariff of 800 flat. GoIbibo is simply showing inflated tarrif and then showing discount to fool people...worst app...don't use it..you will get much better deal is book direct at hotel.

Worst app..i booked the bus ticket and cancelled still the money didn't reflect to my bank account...i was calling the customer care toll free number nothing nobody is responding... worst service

It is a worst app for booking outstation cars, they take money first and car came so late, if car driver cancel your trip goibibo doesn't send any cancellation message! Ola cab are better than the goibibo from car service

The tariff given and the price while bookings are entirely different. I made the complaint with Goibibo. Yet to get response. Earlier it was not like this. I paid Rs1239 in place of Rs.903. Please address.

They show different offers in different handsets. Though App works really fine, there is no parity in hotel price. And half of the time their customer service centre is unable to answer your query.

The customer care is useless as after one call no revert. Don't get the exact time of reaching to the destination. Nothing is proper. No customer care number to call. Completely useless site.

The most cunning app I ever seen in play store. Its a shame for playstore to let these types of apps to launch. They are sending false message to mobile and making us to download the app. Its a waste of mobile data, time and money. Guys please don't download this app.

Goibibo is actually very deceiving, it shows a certain amount of discount which is fairly well but then simultaneously cheats you out of money. Bad app. Bad organisation.

I am Goibibo customer last 5 years I Completed more than 50 trip .But I am unhappy and i breaked relationship with Goibibo I booked flights 3000 my flight cancelled by airlines but Goibibo only refund 1200 instead of full refund this is very bad my booking id is NG8002KN8

There are lot of official booking sites like irctc ,tsrtc and apsrtc... why should we use this waste app and pay Goibibo handling chages. R u joking. Instead of paying to us for using their app. We should pay nd book with extra money which type of bussiness is this...

Actually I booked a room and status of that booking was confirmed untill I reached hotel but when I reached then hotel manager told that I have rejected your booking and goibibo didn't informed us about that rejection it happened around 2300 hrs , I don't know is this problem is related to hotel or goibibo process but it created huge problem for me to shift at 2350 hrs. Really bad service from goibibo hotel

Its very worst app.. Plz dnt instl anybody bcz 2tyms i had making train booking from ds app.. Frm my amount is getting detected but booking will get failed.. Nd wait fr 5-14days to refund amount from goibibo to my account.. Hated a lot

They update random price and even after the discount, It seems like the price is way more than the actual room price. My experience- I wanted to book a bloomroom in Bengaluru. Initially it showed 2000/- bucks and then I clicked on it & proceeded with the checkout. After tax inclusion, it showed like around 2800/-. Wherein the actual room cost is around 2500/- in the bloomroom website. So before careful

When i try to book hotel the peices changes significantly. Price shows something and the the price suddenly goes up like anything. Cheaters! Makemytrip is much better atleast they dont cheat.

I had blocked a ticket for 24th June & where your app said i can make payment till 21st June, on 27th May when i was to make payment it show's that booking is cancelled & also my go cash amount is used for the same. In straight words i have been Cheated by this app

worst app, price are higher than other app and can only use 500 coin at once from my go cash wallet. Paytm is better than this app for booking flight etc

This is the worst app as hotel owners are not providing the bills.at check out. Even service offered by staff at hotel is also get bad.i practically tested now

Distances from hotels to major points should be mentioned....eg. I could not find out the distance from krabi thai Village resort to ao nang beach...

App sucks!! it says lowest fare guaranteed but they don't provide it in real. I did a hotel booking previously for Rs2575/- but when i wanted to extend it for another day all of a sudden app started to show me the price of Rs3900/- and still there was a message displayed lowest price guaranteed. I mean what the hell. Finally i made my booking using Make my trip app. Also i am trying to book a bus and they show only 7 busses which were found unsatisfactory in my previous travel, where as other apps like mmt and red bus provide us plenty of options. I am totally disappointed with Goibibo and probably i wont be using this app further..

I have downloaded it by an invitation link that ensures that we will get 3000 rupees​ and our invitee will get 1000 rupees go cash and we didn't get thawhat can i do.I have tried contacting goibibo but there is no response

Useless. They have given me Rs.2000 go cash. But I cant utilise full amount for train ticket booking. I can utilise only Rs.17.
