Gogogate 2 -Open garage door-

we need auto close feature in this app. When garage door left open, the app should have setting to automatically close the garage door after specified time for example after 5 mins or after 10 pm in the night. Other garage door openers have that feature, i miss it really bad. I like Gocontrol better for that sake

Always has problems with connection. It is extremely slow and sometimes loses connection while door is in use. Old remote opens the door twice as quickly. Once lost the signal and had to reboot everything. Expensive and not worth the money.

App doesn't work because my SSID has "&" in it. Gogogate support reply was change your SSID. I am not willing to change anything to make the device compatible. I expect think to work the other way around when a bug is causing malfunctions

All features work great, I love the Alexa integration. Just threw away the MyQ set up as it does not offer any automation.

I can't use the remote access since the latest update. It says it's disabled but in the settings it says enabled. Please fix

This app is probably my reliable in terms of all my home automation apps. It's simple and intuitive and their latest updates make it better times 2.

Does not work after the update. Tried rebooting with no luck. Connects 10% of the time.

Easy to install and set up. Works great with Alexa thru IFTTT. Best part, no more calls from the hubby to check the door. He can now check it himself from anywhere.

Pretty good. Would make more sense if the door icons were green when closed (secure) and red when open (alarm). Red when closed and secure makes no sense.

Absolutely brilliant and IFTTT integration is the cream on top. Automatically checks my door at night and closes it if it's left open. Notifications when the door is left open for too long have worked fantastically

So easy that my wife can even install this. Safe her constantly have to drive back to check the garage door. Thank you.

Good customer service fast response. Works well on wifi and LTE. Easy installation. What made my mind to buy the product was integration of IFTTT. Works very well with google assistant also. No complains so far.

It would great to add Android Wear support.

I think this is a reasonable and functional garage door opener. This unit was easy to setup and simple to operate.

Keep in mind that it is not just a fun app to play with, this app is responsible to keep our family safe and secured. You the app developers need to take this job very seriously and run it through regorous UAT testing before public release. There are several bugs that expose your app to a hacker or burglars. Fix them ASAP! Also be responsive to customers phone calls and emails when they need support. It's very poor and you have a long way to go.

After about 3 months, Gogogate2 quit working because it's WiFi failed. All efforts to fix problem, including new WiFi adapter have failed. Wasted money.

The app is very responsive, even over a weak 3G connection. So much easier to switch easily between doors and viewing the history works great.

The app works well! How about a widget with a garage door button? Also noticed my log in information does not save even when checking the box.

Couldn't connect after update, have to reinstall the software to get it work. Better control interface.

Wish it was easier to turn lights on. Need a widget. Would love an app for my Samsung gear s2.

Much better user interface

I use it daily either locally on the same WiFi network or remotely via 4G. I can see the status of the garage door and a camera to confirm it's open or closed. Works on Apple Watch too, and now with IFTTT support there's endless possibilities.

New firmware update turned my functioning gogo gate into a paperweight. It is dead. Will not work at all.

I emailed support for an issue and I expected to wait days! Support was fast and concise!! Fixed my issue and I am working fine!! Great product!!

User interface could be more streamlined and screen efficient so that users don't have to move around from screen to screen.

Door operation works fine. Wireless sensor installation is counter-intuitive since the two sided tape is on the battery cover

Works perfectly. I have two "wishes", though. Wish the font size telling which door I'm looking at were bigger and wish I could just swipe right or left to change doors. Trying to hit those tiny little arrows is difficult, at least for me. Overall, this app with the Gogogate unit solved our door problems.

I tried manually changing the time zone but no luck. It says it's April 9 today. Problem has followed from the original Gogogate. Need a way to manually be able to set the time and date without a time zone.

The app works fine, but needs the the ability to push notifications by user. Right now only the admin email/phone # can receive notices. I partially corrected for this by setting up a dummy gmail acct just for GoGoGate which the family shares.

Pretty decent app, just needs the notification icon to be a proper image not a white square.
