Recharge, Pay Bills, & Tickets

I paid my airtel postpaid bill of rs 250 on 21st may , but still its pending. My money got deducted but no bill payment processed. Transaction id - 51972 , tried calling customer care no. ,but was switched off . No reply to emails. Is this the service you give to your customers ? Worst app till now. Would have rated 0 stars if possible. Return my money or process my recharge.

It took time for them to initiate my first Postpaid payment transaction (5 days, and n numbers of follow ups) but my second experience was successful in seconds and I am happy! :)

I didn't receive any cash back for train ticket.. My return journey also done. I used a coupon RAIL200 On fare Rs474 .

When I update this app I lost my balance 50. So kindly request u to look at this matter

You can not book rail ticket for more than 1 traveler.

I like app, do recharge fast and refund policy is good everything is good, but some time late reply

I have made a postpaid bill payment of 300 but the amount has been reflected in my airtel account even after 6-7 hours. There is no help desk number for support. I don't think it will match the service provided by established product like freechrge or paytm.

Not customer oriented. New user Benefit 25 credits that too valid on a minimum transaction of Rs.300. Credits to be used in 7 days otherwise gone. Are you joking? How is this Personal Assistant when only Personal Assistant has its own strange and pathetic rules? Would not recommend it to my friends due to the bad T&C.

It is interesting to recharge while chatting but this is sometimes slow. Anyway nice start. Loving it

Whenever I try to open my profile, the app crashes, how can I rate according to the service when I am not even able to use the interface. I paid postpaid bill, that took 12 hours. Very slow. How will you compete with paytm and freecharge. So slow

It keeps asking for otp which is never sent to my mobile number or email id

Have used it manier times and I find it the best app in this category, whatever you want consider it done. I will ask users to pitch in whatever service they want to get it done.
