1. As discussed with Mr.Rasidull & Mr. Binoy Kumar of Vinayak Services your software was one time purchase. And Magento integration was also be a single payment deal. 2. We are very much surprised and astonished as well as annoyed how and where the question arises for the Annual License Renewal Fee….?????? 3. The Magento has not been integrated with our system so far after several reminders sent to you in this regard. 4. You can only charge us the AMC and for the updates and support, but not ALR. Since you cannot and you have no rights to stop our existing services for which we have already paid you. 5. The software was implemented with our system on 20th February 2017. You can send us the AMC Proforma invoice only after 19th of Februry 2018 after the completion of one year. 6. We anticipate all the support and assistance regarding all the issues which we have till date for which we are going to pay you the AMC only after 19th of Februry 2018. We hope that you understand the situations and do the needful as soon as possible. fresh india

This is my 3rd retail software I also gone thru various other applications. But so far this is best and yes Gofrugal also got some glitches but still they try to give solution as soon as possible. Reaching them thru app is little difficult, I suggest for Customer service call. I also look forward for more tutorials in YouTube.

Crappiest Support App Ever. Tickets close without notice, no ticket history to look back on. App freezes when inbox messages are tapped. Pathetic joke in the name of support.
