goCash - POS Cash Register

goCash is a mobile cash register for cash and preorder transactions. Create an account to save all your receipts online. Share your options list with multiple cashiers, to speed up checkout. Share your options list with customers to allow them to preorder items. When you share your options list all of your orders including orders from customers and multiple cashiers are saved to one central location. Can be used offline in private mode for personal sales or when there is no available internet connection. Ideal for individuals, groups, clubs, and organizations.

Fundraisers-Create one options list of all items to be sold by the group. Provide your sharing number with all group members participating in the fundraiser. Group members will then be able to load the options list, and take orders. All receipts from orders will be saved in one central location, allowing groups to keep track and manage cash transactions or preorder sales of all group members in one place.

To order online sign in at www.gofollowus.com, click Place Orders and Preorders, then enter the share number. Click the items on the right to add to your cart on the left. Click the items in the cart on the left to delete if you make a mistake. Click Done at the bottom of the page to proceed to checkout.

New: Now you can email your customers a copy of the receipt! You can also add special instructions to the whole order at checkout. Have your cashier download goCash for use as your POS system in place of a standard checker. Try it today!

How to use the app:
1) Sign In/Register or click Private Mode for offline access.
2) Create Options: Type a Category and click Add(Ex: Food, Drinks)
3) Add: Enter the title and cost of each item in that category. If you make a mistake, hold the item for 2 seconds to delete an individual item, or click the Delete button to erase the whole category. Click Done, and add more categories if necessary(Repeat steps 2 & 3).
4) Create Options: Save(if signed in) and/or Click Next.
5) goCashRegister: Your Options list is to the right. Enter the quantity and/or note and then click the item in the list on the right. The item will be added to the order on the left. Continue adding items to the order. Click Done to proceed to checkout. If you make a mistake, hold the item for 2 seconds to delete. Add taxes and discounts on the left if needed.
6)Enter the amount of cash received, and calculate change. Then click Next. If you do not specify how much was paid or type 0 the order will be considered unpaid. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until all orders are done.
7) You may use analytics to track your sales, check your receipts online, email customers receipts, and more.
