the shipping charges are too expensive. not exactly helpful when you need to rely on an app for emergencies.
Worst app that ever came across I ordered chicken liver same day 7:30pm to 10pm delivery. I called customer care twice around 8pm & 9pm to conform status of my order, both times I was told my order will be delivered in given time slot. 10pm delivery didn't happen tried calling customer care no one was responding, final result party got spoiled. Bigbasket & Grofers we're far better in initial stagesthey used inform praior that they cannot deliver due to 'X' reason. But this way is pathetic. I would request you to keep this app as last choice to get required items.
They've really improved on their product options and delivery timeframes. Prompt notification if a product is out of stock. And their cold cuts and sea food are super fresh. Love it
The valu of the product changes when you send the product. When contacted customer service, i was told that the app is not upgraded with current price. It is not customer's fault,its your fault then why don't u fix this instead of charging custome a higher price then what is mention on the app. This unfair.
Used to be a good service, but now the quality has gone really down. When I order, I usually get a call telling me some product is not available. Recently, I was kept hanging for a delivery that never happened. Disappointing. But then, there are many other options for delivery of groceries and other stuff. So, it's their loss.
Good app but their is always unavailable stock. ..though they do give alternative products and apologize for inconvenience caused.
No tracking no updates. Selected delivery window missed and when you call the contact they say they have no clue why the delay. Funny business. They have nice selection but this app delivery and execution is third rate. Third bad experience from them. Don't trust the online management one bit
Terribly overpriced and perpetually short on stock. I rarely order unless there is an emergency. The search engine is the least helpful I've seen.
Very poor navigation. After selecting an item from a category, when back button is pressed, it goes out of category and one has to navigate manually to select next item in the category. Pathetic.
Even though they list a ton of imported goods, half the items are unavailable and has the worst delivery service. Never order from this app.. I repeat never, order anything from this basket. Big Basket and Grofers are much better than Nature's Basket.
The app is really great... But I can't see the no. Of sausages or salami in the packet unless you provide! So it's a request to you, kindly show the quantity in the description box..
Worst. Accepts order only to call and say items are out of stock and the takes ages ages and ages to refund the money. Happened 3 times in a row and so i finally gave up. In times of big basket and grofers i am not sure how this company is still alive.
This app requires a serious overhaul. There needs to be better communication of goods available and unavailable. I would rather visit a Nature's Basket outlet than get a phone call 10 minutes before the delivery windows telling me that nearly everything I ordered is out of stock. The store clerks are also infinitely more helpful. An app that is so significantly less convenient than physically visiting a store should either be overhauled or discontinued.
Every time no stock of even basic groceries. Customer care asked to write an email for any complaint as they cannot take complaint on phone. Nobody bother to attend you even if you are regular customer. Only send promotional emails and sms in bulk. Required to stock groceries in bulk as well.
Ordered twice. At the time of delivery, i got call that product is not available. I chose alternative. Again at the time of delivery i got a call product not available. Both the time i had to eat food outside just because of this natures basket. Worst app ever. I even called customer care, no resolution given.
They did not deliver a product in my first purchase and promised to credit Rs 90+ to my account. I do not see the amount in my account, to make make matters worse, they are instead charging Rs 79 extra when I am trying to putchase again. How infuriating!
Apparently it took them 7 days to find out that the items I've ordered are not in stock. I can't even tell you how bad their service is. Not sure how they ended up getting 3.7 on the rating charts because they don't even deserve a 0. Please take my advice and never use this app. Period. Also, they'll spam message you everyday for their non existing products.
Getting delivery on the same day in next 2 hours is the best part. Search criteria has some issues, please fix it.
I ordered the three piece brownie although it never turned up in the stipulated time frame when I called the helpline they said out of stock couldn't they have informed me when I ordered it hated it.
The app is ok and the product is also fresh, the biggest problem I see is orders always gets delivered a day or two later from the day of delivery you have selected.
First the delivery slot is 30+ hours away and then am called 20 mins before delivery time that most of the stuff is unavailable. Let this remain a physical shopping place and remove online sales
They deliver on time mostly. But most of the things are out of stock. Facilitating modification of an order after it is placed ld be of great convenience.
Great vegetable quality. However, often ordered on app and got call later as to unavailability of product.
The catalogue is out of date. And it is pathetic when it comes to response time. It takes them more than 8 days to tell me that we don't have the product. And you can open the app the same product as of now. It's a shame on the kind of brand they are.
Very disappointed that you dnt hv most of product n u show in app bt after payment u confirm non availability. Can u not show peoducts nt available. Fix this.
Poor service. No track of order for 2 days. No apology or reason for not being able to meet delivery. Half orders being delivered before. They r seeing a downside now
My every order placed with this app is got canceled or altered as per store material avaibility. This is not checked by application before placing order. Also refund is after seven days! Payment is taken instantly than if order is get canceled by store then why not refund instantly? Or else you can mention that the order will be delivered only after seven days.
Your payment sucks online n thru the app.. FIX IT DAMN IT!!! The other issue what you get in store in Powai you don't get in Lokhandwala, why the freakin difference? When I am ready to pay a freakin premium.. I don't get what I NEED, I hope ur management reads this..
Pathetic, tried for the first time and none of the fruits were fresh, got rotten within 2 days. Even all the ordered items were not delivered.
App is ok. Half the times for an item it shows 'product can't be added'. 8/10 times it shows overlapping lists - like mushroom and mushroom related products on top of the other, hence cant select either. Service is better. App needs attention.
Worst app they have not done the delivery even after paying them online. When asked for refund they said it would be credited to my bank from which payment had been done. The transaction happened in month of September 2017,but since last 5 months no refund had been credited to my account. Henceforth had stop their service. Customers care support are not able to answer only promises they will call back, but they never do. Worst Service by Godrej.
Shipping should be free and sold out items should be refilled asap

The app is very rudimentary. No fro downs, menu also limited. Hope the delivery happens on schedule.

In short, They don't care for you. After placing my first order worth more than 1k, just before delivery they're calling to inform that half of the orders worth products can't be delivered as they are not in stock . Immediately When I check those products in the app it's still shown in stock! What a pathetic feedback network they have, to keep track of their stock. No intimation regarding refund and refund amounts until you call their customer care. Where they inform that it would take 4 to 5 days for the refund to get credited into my Paytm wallet. So no apologies or regret for not keeping their promise, while a similar incident in grofers app would get you immediate refund to wallet plus an additional 50% cashback for the items they couldn't deliver. Here no such policies. If this is the condition of app in Bangalore city with their nearest store just 1.3 km away. Then you could only try this app at your own risk.
