Works OK but nothing spectacular. I would rather access my email via the Web but the interface does not seem to work with my phone very well so I am forced to use this app

So tired of the constant changes and support that doesn't walk you through them anymore. Not everyone who has a website is super tech savvy. The assumption that you should know "how to" (insert skill), is astonishing. Hire some older adults who know how to take care of your customers.

I never seen such a down market app of organization like godaddy we expect faar better. Tried to renew my expired domain name but instead of that app orders other domain which is already live.

App worked fine on my Samsung galaxy e7 until the last update .. now it keeps crashing .. please check it once .. thank you !!

Auth Ceased working cotrectly with last update. Once enter Login and Password, app no longer advances to enter Auth code screen (auth code is received). App is now pointless, as am forced to use browser for all transactions. Get it together GoDaddy.

Now, it's 5 years later and still the worst business app ever made....Errrr!!!

Directions to retrieve my username start with-- 'login to account'...

It works okay, however when I try to download attachments from my email it claims error. It also won't show any signatures or anything else anymore. It just stopped functioning properly one day, and even a full uninstall and reinstall did not help. Email works fine if I access it from the web on my phone, but that's a real pain. I would rate this four or five stars if the email worked properly.

So pleased that this app exists and the interface is easy to navigate with some exceptions. The main exception would be the difficulty in accessing folders. Also, I don't believe there is an option to create folders which is a minus. The other big issue is that the app doesn't give you a visual notification when new mail is recieved. Other than that the app is great.

Email: can't download attachments, reply all almost never works, time stamp is way off - not sure what time zone it thinks I'm in, but it looks to be somewhere in the Atlantic (though my profile address is correct). No push notifications if you don't want your phone to vibrate, no auto capitalization at the beginning of sentences. Website: cannot manage/update from app, unless all you want to do is renew. Anything that involves giving godaddy more money works great.

This world's very good for godaddy email. Really like the ability to identify Emails as spam, delta emails, see the possible spam emails in the bulk folder. Really wish we could also do the following: 1. Be able to Identify scam emails, where they would be automatically reported to the authorities. 2. Add email addresses in Bulk Folder as safe senders, & 3. Add email addresses to Google contacts.

This app is an outstanding extension of an excellent product. Godaddy makes everything as simple as possible. The customer service is unrivaled. If there is anything you cannot figure out, their friendly support team is right there patiently waiting to walk you through whatever you throw at them.

Its a good app doesnt crash or anything. I just dont understand why everything needs a app. When you use a computer, you dont have to push what browser you want to read your search in, but on a cell you do, now every search you do has a app. That does nothing more then going to the site through the web. So it is what it is, a app, just another thing to suck power and drive you crazy with updates.

GoDaddy, refusal to build and host a website that did nothing illegal, in any way should be a wakeup call to Americans, my site didn't fit with their agenda. The movement is on. This prohibition has no scientific data to support the claims and GoDaddy is further entrenching, that view.

...that is the message it gives me now when trying to check my email along with a message about how to setup my email through Microsoft Outlook. They sell email but don't provide email applications? What do you buy? Just an address on a server with no program to access your email. Even FREE email providers (Google, Yahoo, AOL) provide their own email software/access without requiring you go through a third party to check your messages. The app was good until this. Go Daddy is going in the wrong direction.

If I didn't have so much information in my email I would cancel right now! Very slow to update and always have a problem with password login and have to switch back and forth from Internet Explorer to Firefox or it will kick me out...... even if they fix it this company should be big enough for this not to happen.... It's crazy running a business and having to deal with this minor issues that could turn big if I lose the wrong customer!!!!

Why ruin a good thing? Apparently they don't want to keep updating a simple but reliably good app! GoDaddy is dumbing down and offloading all email products in using a low-rated garbage Outlook app that doesn't provide equal nor better functionality. Instead it just tries to be cool by hiding features thinking its intuitive. Why not give us a choice or say!? Because they don't care do you GoDaddy?

App worked great for the past 2 or 3 years. Now in the online store management screen I show 4 invoices with a strange icon next to them. Normally a list of invoices come up on this screen. Tap the 4 invoices and nothing happens. The screen is completely dead. Working on a Samsung Note 4 with all my other app closed. Also reinstalled godaddy and cleared the cache. Same thing everytime.

The app would work for a couple of minutes, then spend several minutes telling me it couldn't find folders, or that my password was wrong (even though I was already logged in)

I have an issue with my second Domain email. I can't added to my other email list. So it makes it difficult to to check my other emails, I always have to go to the browser to check it. Help please

It would be nice to receive a heads up when the server goes down and a notification when the outage is expected. My login fails during this and when my provider network is too unstable. It's nice to be able to bypass the app and login through the internet, which seems more stable. When both methods gripe about my login, I know the techs are working to clear the problem. All returns within a few hours, or a few Mai Tai's depending on your system of telling time.

first and foremost this email is amazing. Easy to log in and easy to use. No spam has come through at all! For work thus is perfect. I love it!
