The app had improved so much since I got it however, it crashes ALOT. I can't upload photos it only gives me error messages and crashes yet again, Annoying... This app has a lot of potential but isn't there..

Much improved, actually has a use now but cannot load photos to job files, error every time, says it's saving for later but I have no idea where and does not prompt to load later. Did a complete new install same issue. Using an updated Note 4. Scheduler and email works great although the app constantly tells me it has stopped working and closes but a minor issue since it loads quickly, just annoying.

This app crashes at a bare minimum three times per use to simply look up a phone number. An absolute joke it has been allowed to be like that for months

Mobile version is extremely limited. In today's market, for any software a mobile presence is a must.

Why is it taking so long for the Android release? Apples OS already has access to email etc. Get it done already. Better off going through the web for access until this actually has a use.

All I can do is search all jobs . My jobs doesn't work no options like email or anything. I'm sure they will get it together though. I HOPE

Once it has a few more features, like the Windows client has. Glad it has journal capabilities, however wish the email client was included as well. But I do see value in it and know that more is on the way.

No email, no photo uploading nothing. All if has is 18 of my 60 files showing and access to journal notes. I thought the new update was to have everything? Pointless app until everything is operational

Anything chronicle I dislike. Most "un" user-friendly software I have ever encountered in my life. An app that I must enter the server information is useless. Chronicle is a bane in my side and makes me spew expletives each time I must use it.

FINALLY! Will give 5 stars as soon as you can can be able to upload photos, and use it for marketing.

I have been using this new update for a couple of days. The survey viewing addition was an awesome surprise!
