booked for exterior car wash twice, both the times no one turned up and there is no contact number to check on the status when you can't complete the request why do you fix appointments and this app sucks... it never asks you for phone number GPS in this app is worst thing

Booked for exterior wash for Monday. They informed the vehicle has some problem and they rescheduled it for today morning 6:30 AM. No one turned up. Hate it when people dont respect there appointment. Rating 1 star as there is no option for negative rating.

Booked for a exterior wash with vacuum cleaning. Wash was fine.. However interior vacuum cleaning can be better. They were on time. Could not pay by card while booking the service as well. Hence had to give cash on delivery.

Poor company, doesnot turnup after two orders scheduled 104243, 104245 on calling number given on site, it says switch off..don't waste time.

App doesn't work. It always says No internet connection

I have booked normal exterior wash yesterday for my Scorpio..although I got confirmation from them, stating that your service will be done on 22nd August @0630hrs...but shock to know that no one has turned up...nor got any calls till now from the company...Worst service at all...I won't recommend to anyone...

Well i cudnt think of giving it less rating as i was very happy with the service & their responsiveness. The way they provided the service for me & my frnd worth the recommendation compared to other vendors as we both have tried other companies too.Its worth the price. Thanks for being responsive as many of d company lack dat as per my previous experienc,dey claim sum other price over d phone n later charge a bomb & nt doin the proper servic as expected at that price.Would recommend more of frnds for sure.

I got my car cleaned at less price that too with satisfactory service by the team ,I am really happy

Guys were right on time. 630 AM in the morning, job done within an hour. Nice attention to detail while finishing their task. Definitely would recommend this.

Hated it. They come two hrs late after keeping me waiting did a horrible job there was still sand on the seats after they said job is done. The icing yo the cake was they charged me more than what they agreed on phone . When I called them they said no we never agreed on tge price. Use them at ur own risk. I would never recommend them

The guys were on time and the work was clean. Attention to minor details was excellent and it takes less than an hour for a regular wash with interior vacuuming. Would love to know more about their car dent removal services. The pricing is very nominal and totally value for money. Overall I would strongly recommend the service.

Ordered for full paint corection and interior cleaning .... more scratches in my car then before... need another 5k to remove new scratches.... for ur reply... i posted ur watsap number my hairline scratches also... ur promis was not even basic scratch and for ur info ur person told me to call again for re work... u already wasted 3 days of mine and please dont remove paint corection....

exterior and interior cleaning is over priced .. Definitely not local garage pricing as advertised. I've not utilised the service as its costly.

They are not trained to serve the vehicle carefully. They broke my wind shield and blocked all my numbers.

The first advantage is they come to Ur door step. Secondly through half the work they were doing I already felt these guys were very professional in doing the work. They concentrated on every minute detail n did a decent job at very reasonable price. Both exterior n interior cleaning, my car looks new again...I would like to avail more services from Gocarwash in future. Thank you for making up my car clean.:)

I opted for paint correction and protection and they did an awesome job on my car . It looks new :)

Brilliant customer service. The team was so friendly and helpful. They listen very patiently and work on every single thing you ask them to. They worked on my car for almost 7 hours without a single break, was very much amazed. The products used was authentic. They kept up to more than what they promised and my expectations. Bamdwith we wasted in installing. Please mention in description, that it's for Bangalore only so that people from other cities don't install it unnecesaarily. For support to other cities, you can think of accepting interests and then probably notify interested ones as and when services are available. Good initiative but rating low, since it wasted my bandwidth and I haven't actually used it.

I doubt whether this exists or not I have booked the service on 9th July morning 6.30,but no one turned up and I have neither found contact details of them and not the call from their representative.Its just a waste ..

Installed unnecessarily... You could have prompted that the service is applicable only @ B'lore...

The service is okay, we have to follow up with the cleaners for missing spots, even after showing they don't do the good job, felt we ourselves can do it, the kind of job they did! Will never call them again.

Service satisfaction is all what u get here.
