Uygulamamızın ilk sürümü isteyen herkesin hiç bir ekipmana ihtiyaç duymadan evde spor yapabilmesine olanak sağlıyor. İlk aşamada kadın ve erkek seçimleriyle antrenman programlarının ayrılmasını sağlıyoruz. Farklı metotlar uygulanması gereken kadın ve erkek vücutlarını birbirinden ayırarak bireyin en uygun antrenmanı seçmesi hedeflenmiştir . Böylece, ilk aşamada kadın ve erkek vücudunu birbirinden ayırmış olduk. İkinci aşamada ise birbirinden ayırdığımız vücutları kişinin isteğine göre seçmesi için kilo vermek ve fit olmak üzere iki bölüme ayırdık. Böylece birey kendisi için en uygun olan antrenmanı seçebilecek ve hiç bir ekipman olmadan çalışarak hedeflerine en kısa sürede ulaşabilecektir.
