Arro - Your Taxi, Your Way for Android
I used this once. They charged me $20 for a toll where there was no toll. I contact them and more than a week later, still no resolution. I should have read the reviews. If I were the taxi industry, given all of the issues you are facing, I would be a little more careful about using such of bad app.
Unclear payment terms, and malfunctions often. Can't book a cab since half an hour, your app crashes
It never seems to work,for me or the cars are always like 10 minutes away,and,then,don't show up. I hit the call number and never reach a driver and the address is always off by a few buildings. Just about,ready to,give up on this app.
I have tried to use this app at least 20 times and I have never once been able to. It will not let me pay for a ride while in the car, which was the whole reason I got the app.
Doesn't even work with Android Pay. Not planning on giving my credit card to yet another company.
They sold my data. Since I installled the app I've been getting nonstop spam calls and texts. Beware!
Unreliable. Was great when it worked, but now I cannot pair it with a taxi and the app is useless.
Was excellent while it worked. Last couple of times I tried to use it it simply didn't work. Could not connect. Could not pay. Could not accept the cab code, said it was invalid.
I love doing this so much more than uber but it's super buggy! Adding cards, picking addresses, doing anything takes multiple tries before it works
App is fine but drivers frequently cancel pickups. Bad service.
Stopped working. Every pairing code I enter comes up as invalid Zero customer service. They say guaranteed 24 hour response...it's been several days already.
Charge me with a trip that I didn't even take. You should id the person before you let them in.

I liked it when it worked. I recommended it to friends. Now it fails 9 out of 10 times.
Update available now provides me with nothing! Stuck in update mode.
Does not accept American Express!! The best solution is to add support for Android Pay. Then you don't need to do the bogus charge to verify my card.

App is garbage. Collects payment info before it let's you do anything. Then locks up of it can't find your location. No way to delete account or payment info. I don't want you to save my cc info, you'll just be hacked in a few months and I'll have to change my card again.
Downloaded this in sincere hopes ot would give me another great, diamond in the rough option to go with Lyft, especially since surge pricing on Lyft can be often and ridiculous at times but this app is not the answer. Tried requesting taxi numerous times in one week throughout different times in the day but would NEVER get one at all and when trying to get the estimated price before requesting the taxi ride, it would NEVER show up. Uninstalling today, App needs serious work because we all deserve another taxi option besides Uber and Lyft.
Tried it in Boston. Said it found a taxi and was on its way. Then an error popped up and was told there was no ride. Same thing with 2 more tries. I figured the drivers just didn't want to go to Logan at 5:45pm. Or, maybe it was the app. Who knows. Won't try again. I'm back to Uber who charges more during peak times like I was in but at least the app works and they'll take me to the airport when I want to go.
Pairing code dies not work half the time. Unacceptable to fail at something so basic.
Won't pair with my taxi. Now won't let me remove my info. Waste of time.
Many times have to hail instead of being able to schedule a pick up.

Best app for taxi ever
Have 4 major issues with this app. 1. It must not have many cabs because it always takes 3+ minutes to get a taxi to accept and 6+ minutes for the cab to arrive. Ugh. 2. The estimated arrival time is ALWAYS wrong. 3. Every time I request a cab halfway through the request the app shuts down. 4. The tip amount is fixed at multiples of 5 ie 5 10 15. Forget customizing your tip percentage. ... and today the driver ignored my directions 3 times. Finally figured out he had no clue where chicago streets are. Sigh. Curb has better drivers.
This app is garbage. Payment issues are constantly broken and the taxi companies that use it should give up and use another one. The latest screw up is the cab check in code doesn't work.
On registration, the app rejected all of my credit cards, saying they were invalid. Impossible to use. Move app to Delete queue
Does not work on 7.1.2 Nexus 5x. Says "There was a problem try again." whenever you try to book a car.
Wouldn't allow me to add my credit card.
Downloaded this after they pulled Way2ride. So far so good - works well, lets me switch credit cards, and shows the route. Only complaint is that it took me a while to figure out how to register a cab I had flagged down without the app.
I've recommended this app to at least 30 people but this last month you totally screwed me, the people I recommended this to and yourselves. I couldn't update billing address and had to go back to the old way of doing this. A complete shame. I finally got it set today and it works but man you failed.
Used to work great and I used it very often. I loved this app before the update, though as it keeps asking for billing address update and fails no matter how many times I've tried. (Samsung S7 Android v7.0)
Despite best efforts to report my issues to the developers via email, all they do is send me boilerplate auto responses and never address the issues. Their auto reply even says to please try Arro again later, so clearly they are used to everyone ditching their app. These are my issues. Perhaps posting here will get them to address them. 1.) When you open the app, the cursor should already be in the field where you type in the code. Right now, I have to click in that field and then begin typing. It's a mild annoyance. 2.) About 75% of the time I open the app, I just get a wheel that says Syncing that wont go away. I have to force close the app and reopen to get access. Another slight annoyance. 3.) The app forces me to rate the driver of my last ride. This is stupid. This isn't Uber. People don't care who the driver is. Everyone has a 1 star rating. Get rid of it or make it optional. 4.) I'd like to be able to turn off the vibration when I'm checked in. I don't use vibration with any app. It's annoying. 5.) Sometimes when I check in, I get a notification drop down. Sometimes I don't. Make it consistent or get rid of it.
App keeps asking for an update to the billing address and then the connection fails. Tried 20 times...reinstalled... Nothing. Good QA of your update. Garbage
At first the app was working fine now it's saying decline by bank can you please fix this app today i have places to go !

Improving. No longer REFUSES to accept my address, however it still sends incorrect information to driver, causing them to stop BLOCKS AWAY from my location. Have to message the driver to go to REAL address. No longer 'forgets' credit card info, but there are FOUR copies of the same info in my profile. My trip history is GROSSLY inaccurate. Pickup locations show the same wrong addresses blocks from me that it used to force me to use. Server ALWAYS sends drivers incorrect directions, causing them to goto the WRONG LOCATION. Crashes on startup EVERY OTHER TIME. Tested on two phones.
