About ReSound Relief

The ReSound Relief™ app uses a combination of sounds and relaxing exercises that aim to distract your brain from focusing on tinnitus. Over time the brain learns to focus less on the tinnitus.

The app lets you manage your personal library of sound therapy files and allows you to create your own soundscapes from environmental sounds and small pieces of music. It will also track your usage, so you can see which sounds work best for you, and it contains some secondary stimuli like colors and exercises to help keep your mind occupied.

Just download it and listen to it as you normally listen to music from your smart phone. If you wear ReSound® wireless hearing aids, you can stream directly through them; the sound you stream will be adjusted to compensate for your hearing loss.

The app is a tool for anyone who has tinnitus. It should be used in combination with a tinnitus management programme or plan set up by a hearing care professional.

Is it possible the app does not work on a Moto Z? Had it running on an HTC one perfect but on my Moto can neither play sounds nor delete bubbles.

UPDATE: I loved this app and rated it five stars but this last update purged my favorite sound files, including those I imported myself. This was a great app, and still could be if I could import my files again. I saw an earlier response that this bug was fixed but the Play Store tells me I have the latest version for my Nexus 5X...

Wish the pages were more fluid; takes a while to learn to navigate. Wish favorites would keep locations when saving. Wish could choose which locations to turn on automatically or given choice if want to turn on or not.Wish just one Master to choose all settings for favorite and remote. Wish were a longer-range to speaker's voice omni-directional remote mic available (Even if corded-I work in gas station booth behind heavy glass)

Pro: the sounds already on the app & the ability to mix Cons: app turns on randomly by its self Saved sounds are randomly added to & keep having to delete the ones I don't like Timer doesn't seem to work Hoping the glitches work themselves out as the sound options are fantastic. If the app continues to randomly turn on, will have to uninstall it

Works ok on my Samsung Tab3, see if it helps me sleep. I normally use the radio app to a local fm that doesn't get too heavy. This might be a change.

I just downloaded it to my smartphone and I am trying it to because as soon as I woke up this morning from a not good nights sleep, my ears started again that old sound that is driving me insane with it's hissing or ringing has been on and off for quite a wile now. So I was watching this commercial on the internet about Tinnitus and at the end of the boring story of this guy that had more problems then you would ever want. He for $149.00 dollars he would give me what I need in an audio of his making for a fraction of the cost just $49.95. what a dick. So I went onto Google and got it all for free, thank you Google.

I've tried several apps for tinnitus sufferers and this one is by far the best. The mixing is easy, it comes with some quality sounds, and probably the best feature is that you can import your own sounds. Having added some of my favorite loops, I mixed in some white noise and background sounds from the app and created some great combinations. I use it with headphones and even streaming through the car stereo. This is a great app.
