OpenDecipher

This application was created during the DECIPHER (Distributed European Community Individual Patient Healthcare Electronic Record) project. The project aims for the development of a mobile solution which enables cross-border access to existing patient healthcare portals.

OpenDecipher app is a patient - centered solution that gives people a way to manage their health condition. Complex, specialized health systems can be more manageable by putting patients in charge of their own data.

People with chronic diseases and everyone who needs their medical data available on demand can use this application.

Users can be either patients or doctors.
