After the most recent update if the app crashes when you try to open it just uninstall and reinstall the App. Fixed the problem for me.

I like GNCU for its willingness to work with its members and by doing doing good within our local communities. However, it has to improve this app. There's no fingerprint login capability and I think that's backwards.
Works great for handling my personal accounts with this credit union.
This App is Very Strange I have been using same app same phone more than a year Now it would not let me sign in because it says upgrade when I go to App store to upgrade it says your device is not compatible VERY Very Frustrating because for he past week I can not log in and on the phone Very long Waits
Simple but functional app. However, GNCU is advertising that their app update includes the ability to deposit checks and I can't find that ability any where in the current app
I have a brand new phone and I have full internet connection and it constantly tells me I have no connection and to check my settings. It worked fine the first few log ins. Now it won't even let me open the app without it repeatedly telling me I have no internet connection. Deleting the app and just going to bookmark it online with the actual website. Very disappointing.
It allows me to access my account and do very basic account activities. It's disappointing that it doesn't have fingerprint account login or mobile check deposit capabilities. Please update this app with these features and my rating will be updated accordingly.
Very convenient when it works. The app seems to be a bit glitchy and there are times that I can't access it. After the last update I had to delete and reinstall as it wouldn't work at all. I would give a higher rating if it were more reliable.
This app is very very basic.
The GNCU website states that you can deposit checks within the app as long as you have ebranch access. I see no where to deposit checks from my mobile device. That would be a great feature.
Doesnt always work!
After a fresh install, the app works great. If I restart my phone, the app suddenly stops working and can't connect. Uninstall and then reinstall will get it working again. Very annoying!
Works great when connected to wifi but when disconnected and only using phone network it doesn't open. The point of an app is to be able to use it when ever, where ever. I should be able to use it from my phone when away from home.
It worked ok before the update and now it won't work at all. I can't get passed the logo screen so that makes it worthless to me.

Logo then reports an error. 10/10 on the update. Real improvement noted.
Won't open or recognize my log in info.. update sucks and deleted and reinstalled still same issues!!! Lame!!!!

Won't log in, just hangs in "confirming identification" Would be great if it worked, but it doesn't.
Have to go to a desktop PC to reinstall it from their ponderous website. They hold my money hostage. Call support center clueless. Of all the online transactions I use this is VERY difficult. I know we must have security with banking but it's a terrible system.
I have been using this app for over years; never had an access issue. Only complaint is that it doesn't have all the features as the website.
Works maybe one out of ten times! Irritating and unreliable!
After the march update, the app will no longer advance past the title screen. It comes up with an error message and keeps coming up with the same message. Please fix this.
I love the bank but it constantly kicks me out of the app it sucks. I can never view my balance and make successful transfers really making me consider switching banks if there is no easy way to view my account.
