Mill City CU Mobile Money

It will not recognize my password. Even though I can log in on the website, the app says my password is incorrect. I'm done using the app and uninstalling it

Good app, not a problem with it. Galaxy s6 edge.

It won't show anything anymore. Used to work fine. What ever you guys did, put it back. I live nowhere near a branch and would like to remain a member.

It force closes before I even get to the login screen every time now since it last updated... Was working just fine before that but now I'm just very disappointed and left wondering why this place that has so much money can't take care of a simple app for the people they take money from... If this isn't fixed soon I'm going to close my account here...

Mobile Deposit is an exercise in futility. Mill City closes branches, charges overdraft fees and tells you that you should've used their Mobile Deposit function, but you get the runaround, finally write For Mobile Deposit Only on the check, and the app starts crashing before you can submit. It's taken a week to deposit a check, and i still can't access my money.

Galaxy note 5, just sits on the flash screen.

Doesn't work keeps force closing. I've reported it and nothing has happened yet....

Constantly Broken

App doesn't work. Have to use full page internet login to get into my account.

The app is okay for checking account balances. However, the camera for mobile deposit is, for some reason, awful. It does not focus well on the content and therefor returns an error, especially on the back side of checks. It would be nice to be able to deposit from my phone as the bank tellers recommend every time I visit but I have yet to have a successful attempt.

I use this app all the time since the mobile check deposits are working. I give it 4 stars because it works pretty well. There are some things I would like to see improved like being able to search for a historical transaction by payee or amount.

Blocks ability to use a password manager or other mechanism to take care of complex log-in greatly harming security and making it more likely for accounts to be hacked. No easy alias for account naming to make organization easier. Camera controls for check deposit are good though, just missing contrast/brightness control.

Why doesn't the app say Mill City credit union after loading instead of GMFCU ?

(Android 5.0) running on a Nexus 5.

Works fine during regular business hours, but updates interfere with accessing it during random overnight hours.

This app keeps locking me out of my account. I have to keep calling customer service to have my account unlocked so I can access my info from my android device

Logs you out after closing the app. Secure! Good for quick checking :)

So far I have made three deposits using my mobile HTC one S, all successfully. I did have to redo pictures a couple of times but only because I wasn't steady and the picture turned out blurry, but that was operator error. Yes, they do charge $0.50 to deposit but I would spend more than that on gas driving to a shared banking branch or to GMFCU in Golden Valley, Mtka area. Excellent app, quick and easy to use.

Needs 2 factor authentication like Google & PayPal (send sms with code to login) in case someone obtains your credentials and tries to login on another device. You have to remember to logout too. Switching to another app still keeps Mobile Money alive. Crashed first time I took a picture of a check to deposit. Retried and then it did not recognize the amount of the check from the photo, even though the photo was razor sharp. I'll wait for a newer (better) version to release. I have two different accounts and there is no way to log in as one or the other. And I can't tell from the login screen which account it is (e.g. with a picture that ia unique to the account). Basic functions are on par with other banking apps but this one thing makes it hard for me to use it like I'd want to...on a positive note, I was able to make consecutive deposits with no problems...worth the 0.50 not to have to find a shared branch or a compatible ATM that takes deposits!. I cannot make a deposit. Easy to sign in with a full keyboard but, keyboard for money deposit does not include a period so you can never enter the correct deposit amount. Example 906.23

It has some basic functions.... But I got an email saying mobile check deposit was here. But now that I need it.... I can't find it. Please get it working.

On a Galaxy S4, the keyboard for deposits does not have a decimal point. If the developer can't get this this simple thing correct, how can we trust the rest of the app.
