First off awesome app. Using it on my nexus 6 and the screen just got bigger. Wish you could make the keyboard work though and it also does not let my back button work on my pie control. If you could fix that I'd give 5 stars. Thanks and look forward to further updates. And let me know if the payed version would let my pie control work if so I'll buy it. Thanks again

This worked great on my 6p, and was working on my pixel 2 xl. However, when I did a factory reset, it's now not working. The keys just show up when I try to swipe down or press the gmd notification . Fix and I will change review. Used to love this app. Update: I appreciate the developer for getting back to me. It's starting to work now for some reason, and therefore I am changing the rating to reflect my recent experience with GMD. GMD was amazing on my nexus 6p, and I hope it works as well on my pixel 2 xl. Can't have burn it. Overall, working better so far.

Please improve. This app is promising. Would be much better when: 1. No glitches when swiping down notif bar from full screen. Keep the screen ratio wide. Because it looks like resizing screen ratio. Make it smoother please. 2. Very often the back button (delete key) doesn't work when using keyboard. This makes me have to type extra carefully so as not to mistype and hard to correct.

I really love this app as I hate onscreen nav bar! This is just like the hide soft keys app by the same developer except you can set it to also hide the notification panel for reading e.t.c. really customizable once I upgraded to pro & does just what I need it to. Not had any crashes or anything yet but I will say that using the keyboard can be a little buggy when the app is enabled so if this is fixed I will gladly rate 5/5

I'm giving it 3 stars. The app does what it says it will do however, not what I was expecting. Sure, it hides the nav bar BUT the screen will not extend to the very bottom of the page. The screen will have a black bar at the bottom in place of the nav bar. So pretty much I'm still not able to make use of the sapce. Maybe have the nav bar appear on top of the screen?

Awesome! Let's me make good use of this big pixel 2 XL screen! However, I am having an issue with the little tab to reveal the nav bar... It keeps getting stuck on the side of the display from being in landscape. If it weren't for that I'd give it 5 stars

D70%

Fantastic app. This has done exactly what I was expecting it to do, there is no use complaining about the little issues since there is only so much you can do before root. If you want to have full 100% control over everything go and root! If not, this app is the best one out there. I also had some issues with the app after an update and the dev was quick to reply and work to solve the issue.

I use this app to hide navigation buttons, and it works well for that- even though the keyboard issue is annoying. What frustrates me is that when I use gesture apps to replace navigation buttons this app always prevents me from being able to go back. Fix this bug and I would love it.

I love this app. Have used it for a couple years on and off. One app back on an old, very small smartphone, had a notification that came up every time I used the app. There was a "check box to never see this again" in the notification but the screen was so small you couldn't see it or check the box. This app was the only thing that fixed it. Made screen full so I could see and check the box. Now I have a N6P and still use this app and have the pro version. Very useful app. Minimize risk of screen burn in from the navigation buttons and just makes the screen that much bigger. Love it. Thanks for this great app.

Seems to work great for the most part. Two issues. The keyboard thing other people have talked about is annoying but not a deal-breaker. There's a small red bar at the bottom of my htc10 when the app puts it into full-screen mode. It's not horrible, but it's distracting.

For better or worse, this app seems to currently be the only way to force immersive mode without rooting your device. Once you configure the app (I suggest upping the trigger sensitivity to 5 or higher) it works pretty well. While it may not have super smooth beautiful animations when switching on and off the nav bars it works. I ended up buying this app to save my Moto X from inevitable screen burn on the persistent header and footer bars. Also, it's crazy how much bigger your screen looks without the bars

Please..... Need help............ I've recently updated my android 5.1 to 6 and now an "overlay Screen detected" bug force me to disable its permission of draw over other aaps, after disable, This app not works But other apps can work ... Using in - Sony E5563.

Works pretty good with most apps , I don't like how to get the adaptive buttons back I have to swipe up. Which happens to be the same gesture for app drawer. Also once I uninstalled app it still hides everything with out the app being installed . I don't know how to make it stop.

T70%

The only real issue I've run across it when I go into landscape mode. The button to show the navigation bar ends up stuck on the side of my screen and I have to open the app and turn it off and back on to fix it. It's kind off annoying. Other than that though, I really like it.

I purchased it almost right after receiving my new Nexus 6P. Most time it works fine, but a black bar at the bottom will be left after the soft keys hidden some time. It usually happens when I'm using Chrome, but also in some other apps. Besides, the keyboard issue is annoying. I do hope the developers can fix these problems in the newer version(s).

I'd wish that I'd gotten this app years ago ahaha but I had no idea what I was missing out via gaming wise I just accepted that some games had the softkey bar out and I just happened to find this app while trying to attempt to change my soft keys and make them coloured probly gonna need to root for that

Z70%
by Z####:

This is a great app. I have a new tablet with no root method available (yet), and this enables me, on a per app basis, to hide the navigation bar. This results in significant more screen space in the games and apps that I enjoy. For web browsing alone, this app is worth every penny. Make sure that if you find an app that wont launch, simply configure the app to show the soft keys when you are using it. They will hide when you close it.

O70%
by O####:

The workaround for the system keyboard limitation (not the developer's fault) is to simply swipe from either the top (the notification bar), or from the bottom (the navigation bar). The only downside of this app is the in-app purchase option, which didn't work for me initially. Also, it strangely doesn't show itself in recent apps.

It doesn't auto hide after swiping up the nav bar in chrome. I need to close the app and launch it again to make it work. Maybe I'm using the latest version of android. But when it works, It works well. EDIT: It doesn't work with some game apps. GTA is one of them. I'm uninstalling this app but I won't ask for a refund since I support devs innovating on technology.

Seems to be the best out there, works pretty good! But i'm puzzled; why is there no option to disable only the status bar? That's what i want, not to be disturbed by notifications. Would pay for that. Hiding the nav bar is more an inconvinience, cause you need them all the time. Also app switching screen should be full screen not to see those disturbing notifications. So for me it's not quite there :(, but appreciate a well done app!

Exactly what I was looking for! I love that I can still use the keyboard with this engaged! I bought the pro version to show my support for such a great app! Hiding the soft keys should have been standard on my Pixel. There is a slight problem with this app that I just noticed, web pages won't load on Chrome unless I physically bring the soft keys up then release them. If there were a way for web pages to load with the soft keys, THEN dissappear, it would be perfect! Please fix an otherwise perfect app!

I wrote: Upgraded to Lollipop 5.0.2 today on my Nexus 7, and this app that I truly loved for my uses is no longer working at all, in any way. Sad here. Today I uninstalled and re-installed this app to find it working fine again, now on Lollipop (Android 5.0.2). So I am happy here again.

I enjoy this, for the most part. It works well, it does what it says, my only gripe is it automatically retracts, so you have to swipe up on it to get apps/pages to move, or function, i.e YouTube, web pages, etc. On YouTube, when loading a video, it's plays but to see it you need to swipe up on the red line. The same principle on scrolling pages. Not a big deal, but would be nice if you didn't have to do that. Otherwise, it works great, for what it does. Not sure why it got inly 3.8 out of 5.

Is there anyway to set the navigation bar to be 3 little faded out dots so that I can still type when needed but any other time not burn the 3 shapes into my organic screen?

Becomes horribly glitchy trying to use the keyboard while using full screen mode. Even one the nav bar is there, it still glitches. Sort this out and this app will be perfect.

I bought this because I didn't want burn in on my amoled screen. This app still needs some work. I honestly would not recommend buying it at this point. I eventually ended up uninstalling it due to it draining my battery.

So I have SAO launcher installed on my XPERIA Z 3 and I noticed I can't use this launder while the nav bar is hidden

Z70%

Takes a while to set up per app as it can stop the keyboard popping up in some apps, definitely get the pro upgrade so you make the bar invisible and set individual app preferences. It works really well.

Z70%

Paid for the pro version cause it works. Then soon realized that it's full of bugs. Apparently the dev doesn't seem to care enough to help. Worst app I've ever bought.

Z70%
by Z####:

Sometimes it never hides the buttons. When they are hidden the keyboard starts going bonkers. It won't type numbers at all anymore while immersive mode is enabled. And if you change text box while typing it still types in the old text box even though the cursor moved (happened while typing this review). If it's that buggy you should probably disable immersive mode while the keyboard is out.

Good app to avoid burn in. However I've encountered a strange bug. Basically on any screen that requires me to input my password(security/lockscreen), the password refuse to be correct.. However it's fine if I disable the app in that instance.

In almost all apps like messaging and gnotes i can get the keyboard to show up but the backspace button doesnt work. In some cases it does hide the navigation bar but the black strip is still visible even if i swipe it up or down. Hope an update is pushed to fix these issues. Using lollipop 5.0.2

Z70%

The app is nice and does its job well but I *hate* how the devs basically make you buy the app (for $3.55 which seems too much to me but whatever) by showing a red bar at the bottom of the screen till you make the in app purchase and remove it manually. Can't stand that but it's really the only app that does the job well.

Z70%
by Z####:

This is a nice addition to my Moto X Pure, as I'm not a fan of the nav buttons constantly showing. As others have stated, it does have an issue with the keyboard and some full screen apps. Also, the idle time doesn't work as it should, for it doesn't reset when I touch a nav button. Minor glitches aside, I like this app.

G70%
by G####:

When I close the soft buttons (they're not there, I use the built in buttons), home and back buttons don't work unless I swipe up from orange area. Also, the top bar is hidden in this app only.

K70%
by K####:

Bought pro. Yes, it fullscreens. Sometimes. Also hijacks my bottom navigation buttons so I can't back out of a program or use the back button when browsing. Thought the missing keyboard thing would be ok, but since the app turns itself back on almost immediately after I have turned it off to access the keyboard, it is actually repeatedly annoying. This also affects the bottom buttons: turn it off, they start working again; seconds later it turns back on and they lose function. Many pro functions do nothing.
