- On Android 4.4 (KitKat) Hiding/showing stock navigation bar will trigger lock screen.

Unique features:
- Hide just navigation bar and keep notifications bar.
- Show Quick NavBar and click soft button with one simple swipe.
- Spoof Soft Keys - make Android think you still have soft keys and display Menu button in applications actions bar.
- Theme Quick NavBar - use any custom image for buttons.
- Adjust trigger size and position.
- Integrate with Gesture Control or Tasker using Shortcuts.
- Stock firmwares, CyanogenMod, Pac Rom and Paranoid Android supported.
- No modifications and no reboot required.

PRO features:

- Disable trigger (and Quick NavBar) if you use other alternative.

Other full screen apps hide notifications bar too and has no option to hide just navigation bar. Hide Soft Keys is different - it only removes navigation bar and replaces it with Quick NavBar. You can always access stock notifications list and recent applications list.

it's almost perfect but no options to hide notification bar... why did'nt you guys thought of adding options of also autohide the notification bar together with the softkeys?... so that it will have a 100% full screen & also able to access notification bar together if you click or slide at the bottom to access the softkeys.. maybe i should be your sofware advisor brcause your idea is not complete... you did not thought of it well... you should hire me as your advisor... heheh...

Button Savior stopped working completely after 1 restart. I tried everything even re-rooting to no avail. Tried this since I already bought a key for the non-root version. All problems fixed, gained real estate on home screen from rooting still there. Thank you for saving me frustration I'd rather have this. Feels more "native"

While it's exactly what I needed, and I got the pro version, after using it a bit, I've noticed the phone is killing the app, leaving me without soft keys. Is there a fix?

Edit 2: Updating to SuperSU 2.52 (beta) fixed my problems. App works perfectly again. Edit 1: I'm on AHSK 4.1 with Nexus 6. Still doesn't work. App thinks I have hardware keys (like S5) instead of soft keys. Upgraded to Marshmallow 6.0 and this app no longer hides soft keys. I'm on the newest version of this app.

Ok, I like this app. Very easy to use. I got one issue though, I can't determine how to deactivate it. I tried to uninstall it one time then the navbars never came back. Any solution for this? Hope to hear from you asap.

The app was still hiding bars after I uninstalled it. Reboot didn't help and I had to re-install it to return my phone back to normal. The main reason I dislike this app is that I had a gesture set that turned the screen off when I slided home button up and the app replaced it with a shortcut to google app.

Works well on my Nexus 6, have a bug that the cursor goes haywire when using the keyboard. But I believe a simple reboot fixes

The app force closed and now the navigation keys are completely gone. I opened the app and it said "you do not have soft keys"

Instead of "trigger position" you should change it to "trigger height". I know there is "trigger sensitivity" but it wasnt clear for the new user, had to tweak a bit before i can finally typing comfortably. Anyway i like it

Whenever this app crashes it does not give me back the soft bar Asap... I have to wait about 50 Seconds which sucks if your YouTube-ing or livestreaming.

...makes Snapchat and Instagram videos extremely laggy and crashes some other apps.

Users if you are heading to install this plz note that it works perfectly in the default mode ... And tweaking this would behave improperly.. overall very good working fine since 1 year

N70%
by N####:

Liked this app because Snapchat didn't hide the soft keys for me but now it does, so I don't need this app anymore. The problem is that when I cancel permission in my root app and then uninstall this app, the next time my tablet restarts the soft keys are gone and I have to install this again and keep it. Would really welcome some help with this.

It works great on Android M but ON Android N it stays at the checking root access screen even though it's allowed in SuperSU.

I paid for your non root version. And loved it because I could set per app setting , now I'm rooted and I pay for the root version and that feature isn't there ..please add that in I don't see why its not included I paid for this and got less features

Everything works as described on MM6.0 - HTC M9. The only app I've found so far that won't allow the Nav Bar to swipe up is Google Maps, so I just activate the default soft keys through the navigation bar shortcut. It's an excellent app, to be able to access full screen viewing so easily was well worth my purchase of this killer app. Look forward to future developments!

Huawei Ascend Mate 2 MT2-L03 on Android 4.3 This app + Rotate are good combinations. There isn't a clear indicator of option being pressed .. Sometimes it responds sometimes not, resulting in the softkeys disappearing and reappearing - response between selecting an option and softkeys hiding is very slow in this version compared to the last.

Installed easily, and right away the buttons are hiding, solving the problem I had since going to CyanogenMod 12 on my Kindle Fire HDX 7

I'm on an Lg G3 mini and from my experience I like how clean it looks, but the app interferes with the following; 9gag app( I can no longer post comment post button disappeared) , the keyboard can be really glitchy sometimes, and randomly ( usually with Snapchat app ) the keys will not respond to the swipe motion forcing me to reboot my phone...sometimes it goes all day without a problem other time it happens every five minutes I'm close to removing it and trying a different app. LETS SEE AN UPDATE!!

Soft Key working at first but after a few moments of using other apps or just stand-by mode and soft key is not responding to touch even it is shows the soft key... some time even worse, whole apps crash and the soft key is gone..I need to restart the apps like all the time... it is a good idea but yea fix it and keep improvising it - tested on Android 4.2 Lenovo

This is working flawlessly on my Nexus 5..Finally I can again hide those big annoying soft keys..loved the full screen mode & the newly added customizations..Really appreciate the efforts put in by developer to add the requested Marshmallow support..Thanks for replying back to my concerns..Purchased the pro version instantly to support future developments :-)

There's better solutions if you're rooted, have soft keys, and are on JB or above with a stockish rom, but it works OK. A bit glitchy, like sometimes it stops working, other times it turns my wallpaper black when turning on or off. Flags popup bar as older style hard keys (adds menu button) by default which is odd, so sometimes other app layouts will change slightly to account for this. You can change this though. Default should be no menu key. Even hardware keys have ditched it. App thus feels outdated.

Is there a way to make this behave like full immersive GMD as a per app usage? Additionally, is there a way to make it use full immersive mode built into Android and not a emulated navigation bar? I really like GMD full immersive, but it's unreliable. I wish it used root access to make it reliable. Thanks for this! -pro user

I like it. Its the best. But there's just one problem. It doesn't auto hide when I use camera. In result, the camera screen gets smaller. I hope there's a support the same with that of YouTube.

K70%

It's good, but extremely annoyed that start on boot doesn't work on my Nexus 6P, so if I open an app I'm screwed because the buttons don't trigger but the normal soft keys are also gone

K70%

At first it was working fine but after you're in an app for a long time the soft buttons become unresponsive and I having a nexus 7 with no physical ho!e button had to reboot my device constantly.

I would love to use this App if it supported Jelly Bean. Huawei Ascend Mate 2 Wind Mobile doesn't have Lollipop update. :(

... after a few days using it seemingly flawless on G3 D693n Stylus (5.0.2 OS), I've found AHSK is causing crashes on "Email", "File Manager", "FM Radio" and "Music" LG apps. All of these won't work while AHSK doing an otherwise, excellent job. Although none of these is a 'must have' for me, I think it's a major flaw having to dispense four apps in favor of just one. I'll do it anyway, since AHSK is way more useful for me than any of the aforementioned four. Just stating this as means of info

In my Lg G3 it shows on top of the hotseat apps on my homescreen when i unhide them which I personally don't like. Hides the softkeys as claimed. Different themes and good response.
