Customer service is a joke. Cannot log into app with my subscription thru Amazon Prime. Customer service will not address the problem just blames Amazon.

You need to fix the app because it crashes every time I try to watch a movie on my phone. Can't wait to see if it works on my ipad. Fix the app & I'd give it 4 to 5 stars
