A simple stopwatch for high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Interval training is a quick and easy way of losing fat. A HIIT session consists of a warm up period of exercise, followed by three to ten repetitions of high intensity exercise, separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery. Examples of easy exercises you can do at home without equipment are squats, pushups, lunges and burpees.

I wish timers were designed to use the notifications channel for volume and not media, so I could turn the timer volume higher than my music.

Pretty good overall, very easy to use. Only one complaint, if you switch between viewing orientations (landscape & portrait) it resets back to the first round, which is easy to do if you're moving between stations. The only thing missing that I'd like to see is a checkbox to choose to keep my phone screen from turning off.

I like to do intervals with random, unpredictable time intervals. It would be terrific if I could just set a max and min interval length, a "total workout" time, and let it surprise me! :-)

Thank you for creating this app using a slider control for quick setting durations of exercises.. I've been searching for over a year! Unfortunately still only three stars as this timer doesn't let me assemble complicated routines, e.g. burpees 60 sec, oblique push up 45 sec, left leg lunge 30 sec, right leg lunge 30 sec, plank 60 sec.. etc, repeat all x times total run time y-minutes and seconds.. , No voice announcement, no storing labels for quick assembly of a routine etc. Impetus Timer is almost there.
