A simply awesome dual-panel html and css editor that shows your creation as you type. It also has a full screen view, for better viewing.
Permissions:
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE *to get the html file to the box
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE *to write the html file that is then showed in the box
android.permission.INTERNET *to access links that you type in the code
THE ROOT RIGHTS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE USE OF THE ARROW BUTTONS.

And for an 'apparent' WYSIWYG editor with nothing in the description box as to why it needs root, and requested it by me simply copy/pasting some .html into the editor and nothing else - you just earnt yourself a rare review from me, an instant uninstall and flagged for good measure too.
