AB-Mix is designed as a simple fitness app containing very effective abdominal exercises. When the user hits the start button on the main menu an abdominal exercise and countdown timer will appear. The abdominal exercises and times appear randomly too keep your workout routine dynamic. Once the time has expired the user will go back to the main menu and hit the start button again. This will then randomly chose another workout and countdown. The goal of this app is to change up the order and times of your workouts. Keeping your workouts dynamic has been proven to be more effective then a repetitive workout routine.
