Usually, signal strength is measured in dBm or asu, but it is hard to understand the MIN and MAX of the value.
This app displays signal strength in percentage.
The signal strength of LTE tends to be a low value because of a property of the radio wave frequency it use.
Near a cellular antenna, LTE percentage becomes almost 100%. Please try it.

Simple if I am sitting where I have bars changing and get 0dbm 100% then this app is broke or a joke either way IMHO not worth squat

The ASU (arbitrary signal units) for LTE reported in this app are not consistent with android OS and therefore this app is useless to me

This has problems with zero. That is to say, it thinks no signal is 100%, or something. It also shows negative percentages. I think there are some math issues in the app. uninstalled.
