go to your gallery(not the instruction page) chose an image, then press share, u can find this app in the list along side with social apps like whatsapp or fb, click lightboxdroid and enjoy. its a great app just need better instructions on how to use.

I love this I was trying to find a way to lock my screen while tracing an image thank you! Didn't understand at first then read the comments and thank you very much for the help and if you don't know how to:1st of all you go to your gallery then click share the image and then you will see the app to share it to n click on it then it's all fun from there thank you!

Love it...Exactly what I needed. If you are looking to trace a photo from your phone/tablet, this app is about as straightforward and simple as it gets. Incase your having a tough time figuring it out...Go to gallery, select an image, click to share, choose lightbox. Picture will appear on your screen that looks very similar to how it would look if you opened it in your gallery. At the top right of the screen you will see the little menu symbol. From there, just click "lock screen".

BROKEN 21/02/17 Just as others have stated, all i can do is see the instructions there is no UI to acess any feature to import images, lock the screen etc, i cant even acess the part where the screen is white! PLEASE FIX THIS APP! Iam using a galaxy samsung tab S2

Great idea but would love it if you could actually do anything other then read the instructions.

It just shows instructions on how to use it but I have no way to open my gallery...

First time I don't understand how to use this app....but reading someone comment I understand it....please change the instruction....it misguides the user....

Works fine on a Samsung Tab 4 but needs to work in landscape mode

The principal of the app is great, but the only thing I'm able to do is view the instructions and edit preferences but that's literally ALL I can do. Disappointed! Perhaps a different version may work.

This app allows you to trace any image file from the device's surface. All it does is hold your image in place while its well lit allowing you to trace without a sinch. Its just a bit difficult to understand the instructions in the beginning. My only complain is that I often nudge the unlock button when I am tracing on my device. I hope its made available for apple too.

Force closes every time i try to use it, on samsung galaxy tab 3.

doesn't work on my 1+2 phone.. was looking forward to experimenting with it... :/ can only read instructions.

The instructions that load when the app is run would be more helpful if they were more complete. As is, they say you can use the gallery, which for my tablet is not true, but would be made clear if it Included the step where you open it with lightboxdroid from the pop-up dialog.

I cannot figure out how to load the image.

On my Nexus 7 it just crashes every time I try to open an image.

Cant use it. It shows only preferences, no menu

I use this at work constantly to reference images on my tablet. Great app!

I tried downloading this app but I could never get past the initial instructions screen to actually use it! Waste of time!

I open the app and the instructions appear on the screen with no way to click out and actually use the app...

Xperia M2 this app does nothing. Open app, set of instructions... Nothing else. Go to picture on phone... No option to use app. Utterly pointless.
