About Service MIT
The Service Workbench Menu & Inspection Toolkit (MIT) provides a suite of mobile customer and vehicle care tools for Service Consultants to greet customers at their vehicles and initiate the service write-up process. The Service Workbench MIT extends the Service Consultants’ workspace to the customer’s vehicle by enabling customer engagement, the ability to check customer and vehicle information and to save notes, observations and work recommendations remotely in the Service Workbench application for additional use in the service process.

Landscape mode or at least make the barcode scanner portrait. App pretty much needs a 10" screen to be useful as it is. Having it scale or scroll for smaller screens would be nice.

My shop is moving to this and needs something for smaller seen size . Cuts off most of app and does not work with seen rotation. Plz fix soon

The Barcode scanner needs improvement. When scanning a TRADITIONAL barcode, the scanner inserts a line in front of the first VIN digit. This causes the last VIN digit to be omitted and the app will not recognize the VIN. You have the opportunity to make a good app. I have some screenshots if you'd like them. As of 3/29/16 the app will no longer print to wireless printer.
