My GMC app works fine right after I install it. Then, after a few days, it slows down and us always spinning the wheel saying PENDING whenever I use it. I have to uninstall and reinstall at least every other week. Then it works fine until...it doesn't again.

I had a problem bringing up the app, but it was my fault...my font on my phone was set too large to bring up the entire app. They tried to help me very quickly.

It constantly does not allow me to connect with my vehicle????????

I had Onstar app and it worked great. I bought a new vehicle and had to get the GMC Onstar app and it is horrible. It is so slow! I wanted updated information on my oil life and the app said "updating" for 10 minutes....and never updated! I had enough time to go and check my own oil level. I wish I could use the old Onstart app.

Works great but super slow. Needs to be much faster. No matter if on wifi or 4g LTE, you aren't just going to whip out your phone and unlock your door or start your engine. It takes about 4 minutes to do anything (like remote start or unlock doors), so you have to think 4 minutes ahead. On a recent ski trip I purposely locked my keys in the car so I wouldn't have to worry about losing them. We all got to the car after and I used the app to unlock the car. We froze for 4 minutes while my wife gave me the 'you're a moron' stare as I stood there like a shamed dog until it unlocked. If not for slow speed, I'd give full stars. I think I could have called onstar and had them unlock it for me faster.

The app seems ok especially being able to send my destination directions from my phone to my vehicle. The one problem I'm experiencing is that the vehicle information never updates. It just keeps spinning and spinning but never shows the diagnostic information.

Not able to use remote features, locks start, etc. Doesn't even appear as an option. Would like to be able to unlock my doors if needed.

Icons on Google pixel phone are very very small, you say phone issue they say app issue please address...Very very hard to see.

No improvement for 2011 Canyon with April 2017 updates. Still just a glorified owner's manual, lacking remote unlock or start; only installs on phone, not tablet; vehicle reports on GM's schedule, not on request as with my Ford Escape.

Since this was updated from the old Onstar app, it force closes at the login screen every single time. It is unusable.

Never syncs. Commands do not work. The helpdesk isn't helpful. App is junk and worthless

I love the connection to the SUV to do everything from unlocking to tire pressure this app has it all

Helps coordinate all OnStar accounts. Nice since OnStar is no longer updated. Unlock doors, send maps to navigation, truck status.. Tires, oil, gas

Installed app yesterday. Seems to work fine except for Vehicle status. When I installed, I was low on fuel. The app displayed need to refuel. I've topped off truck since then, however app still shows need to refuel. Can't find a refresh feature in app anywhere. UPDATE: Figured out how to update app. On main page, use finger to pull down page, then hidden update feature initiates. Now status is correct. Update button should be visible - please correct GM

My MYGMC App looks nothing like the photos here. I just purchased a 2017 GMC Acadia and I have nothing available on the dashboard for remote link, start, tire pressure, etc... Hmm, what a freaking waste.

I brought my 2016 GMC 1500 back in June since then I have OnStar activate on the car no matter where I am I can see where my car is located. I can start my car and unlock the car no matter where I am using my app on my phone. I have zero complaints and I'm planning to renew my subscription for another year this app is good in case your wife and children out and they don't know where they are. with your GPS OnStar you can pinpoint exactly where they are. There's a whole lot more to say but not enough room.

It's ok. I can never get vehicle status. Had the app a year ago never got it to work, even after many calls to onstar and techs. I tried the new app and same thing, "unable to connect to vehicle". I can though lock and unlock doors so that's good.

App tells me there is no vehicle added. DUH. It never gave me the chance to add it. Now it says to call the dealer. I hope my Onstar app still works. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!

Worthless, not sure what the purpose of this app is other than to have GMC on my phone. I have no remote functions anywhere on the app. I have deleted the app and just use the Onstar app that works great, offers remote functions, etc. Again, not sure the purpose of this app.

Wish the app would tell you more than vehicle has started. Would be nice tosee if your truck is running and when it shuts off

This app has taken the place of my OnStar app, which was bulletproof. Now that I have upgraded to myGMC it worked flawlessly for about a week. Now it claims that it cannot find the internet. It seems that support is non existent for this issue as I have been working with them to resolve it for almost two weeks, to no avail. Living in a cold environment, it is an understatement to say that I am disappointed. The developers need to get their act together and clean this app up....or reactivate OnStar. January 13th, 2017 (update) Onstar claims it is a problem with my service provider or my phone. ATT claims their service and my phone are working correctly. Onstar has told me there is nothing they can do to resolve this issue.

I would like to see a service schedule chart added, indicating the mileage that specific services are required. Then when the vehicle is within a certain distance of the service, there is a red wrench or something to click to see what is due on it. Otherwise, this app works well, as I've tried many of its features already. Not sure I will be keeping OnStar due to the expense, however.

Great app but I feel like it is missing features that should be available especially for a $65,000 car. Why can't I see my thermostat or turn my seat warmers or cooling on with my app? Integrate the car into my phone. The technology is sitting there, just enable it.

Key fob will only work 1 time out of 20. This shouldn't be that hard to make it work smoothly. Come on Gmc

Worked for 2 days and now says "Failed to authenticate at this time". Worthless to me.

I don't understand it won't let me have any control on my vehicle do you have to have on star for remote start and lock

App is very slow and not responsive at least 80% of the time. Very disappointing as it had a lot of potential

Good app... my entire family has gmc's. Some have onstar some dont so bad side to app is u need active onstar to check for recalls. This should be in a different section.

First install worked right away but wouldn't update data. Reinstalled but kept stopping. Reinstalled again. Keeps stopping.

Works as it should, I've never had an issue. Let's me start truck from in office at work, key remote doesn't go through coated Windows.
