Please update android version. Why can't I log in with fingerprint scanner and people with iPhone can? Wish I had that option.

Changed my password online and now the app won't let me login with the new password or the previous. Luckily it's early on in the month so I can figure it out. Also, garbage move on GMs part to make logging in mandatory on a payout.
It won't accept my password today. Obviously there is an issue with the system based on others with same problem. This is a waste of time
Been here 33 years.App is useless to me and today stopped working.If not forced to use it I'd delete it.
It does not always show your log on sfe. Terrible feature to force you to use to get paid and it is a chance it will show up
I was using App until this morning it keeps showing---- user ID or password are incorrect but same credentials work online ugh....

I've had zero issues with this app. Provides me instant FABS for various trims on three different model years, accurate towing info and calculators. Those complaining about having to log in 5 times a month, you should be logging in and using it everyday, you're missing sales if you don't.
The only thing this is good for is the towing info. The payment calculator gives estimates that are too low. The vehicle locator never works, always comes back with "error during locate" message. Totally useless POS! The only reason to have it is to get paid, ridiculous!
This app could be very usefull if the information was shown differently. Its complicated at best comparing trims and model years. Looking up inventory doesnt work. Wish business card along with map actually worked. Only name and contact info is sent which makes that feature useless. Tow and reverse work great.
Good app for comparing models , looking up tow capabilities, also scanning vins for info. It does suck to log in 5 times to get paid although I usually log in already for different reasons.
If it wasn't for the fact we are forced to use it 6 times a month I would delete it off my phone... I'm not trying to disrespect the development of this app but seriously guys there's a time to say I want an honest answer.. and p.s ever since the update my dsa won't work guess there goes my perfect record of 6 times a month
It is horrid to login just to get paid money i earned.

My dad is trying to get this app to work on his TMobile Alcatel One Touch Fierce. Upon logging in, it usually gives an error message that something unexpected happens. Sometimes, when it lets him passed the login page, he can click Accept on 2 different terms of conditions, and then after clicking Accept, he is presented with a blank white page. Nothing happens after this. So he is completely unable to utilize this app.
Having to log into a app I do not use to relieve money I earn will not get a good rating from me.

I refuse to give a good rating to something that I'm forced to log into it just to get paid real money for. You will never know the true worth of this app if GM sales employees are forced to login 5 times a month. How silly!
App constantly has errors while trying to log in. I have to delete the app and download it again a few times every month. Needs to show you how many times you have logged in for the month somewhere on the app...
I love having all the tools in front of me to help assist my customers with all their buying needs!
Very useful app that integrates with GM family first for reviewing vehicles on the go. Works for my needs.

Over Christmas holiday some of my relatives were talking cars and asking questions about GM's vehicle line up. This free app was extremely helpful. It was so easy to install and all I needed was my Family First Login. Needless to say, my family was impressed (friends too) with the level of information that it gives...
Forcing us to login simply to get our money is ridiculous the hoops they're making us jump through with CSI training and now this hate it
Did not log all my logins for the month. Looks like I won't be getting my GM money. Sent a complaint. Just hope they can fix the issue. Other than that, the app is ok. I mainly use it for figuring payments and tow lookup.
Great app for employees and it's free to use. Helps me, help my friends and family so they can get a great car and save money!! I installed the product and it went on flawlessly, after logging in and a few clicks, I am in and browsing...
Since my last update app logins are not being recorded for this year 2016. Not sure if it's GM on vacation or the application.
If you are going to require us to download and use this app to get paid it should record our logins. This will be the 3rd month it's not tracking properly. Please address this asap
Since last update. No data is able to load. Error messages in all categories,. Needs to be fixed, been sending emails for over a week. Still no progress in fixing issues. Very Poor Client Services. Been over a month and many phone calls. Still no fix.
Great content in the app but when I want to use it, never have log in information available.
Good information but ever since the last update when I am trying to locate vehicles I get an "error while locating" prompt. Using an HTC One phone and all of my software programs are up to date
Love the App to get Great Information at the Tip of my Finger or the Press of a button.Thanks to GM it makes it fun and Easy to Answer any Questions My Customers Have.
