Hardware and installation - Great. That's a one time thing. The app I'm supposed to use every single day, have you even tested it yourself? They are horrible and buggy on both iOS and Android. Update location? Signed out. Update name? Signed out. Inputting phone numbers? Please use a standardized library that actually works and formats inputs correctly. Guest invite? Jumping ahead a few months tapping OK since the day is already highlighted and it doesn't save. What happens? When sending the invite it just says there is a random error. Very helpful. Put some proper engineers in your apps like you did with the hardware, I can't recommend anyone to use your software and there is plenty of alternatives. Seems like you are doing nothing about these problems when I look at the comments here, all you are doing is marketing with your money? When the software is this crappy, can I expect the same from a security perspective? How secure are your devices really? Worried and will be removing this thing unless there is updates coming real soon.

The app can no longer connect to the lock, only used for two weeks and now nothing.

Had to install the app so I could use a key a friend created for me. Let's say the process wasn't very smooth. First of all, I couldn't use the app (and create an account) until I removed a Facebook chat head (the conversation I was having with that same friend) from my "screen" since the app does not work if overlay is active. I don't think my mother would have figured out that one. Second, it took almost 15 minutes before I got the confirmation SMS and could proceed further. And last, the first two keys I got from my friend just did not do anything. I was in front of the lock trying to open, nothing happened. I finally managed to open the door first a third key while on the phone with that friend.

Have to restart every 2nd time. This lock has costed me more pain and trouble than anything.

Man måste starta om appen flera ggr per dag och helt installera om appen per vecka. Helt värdelös app, fel att öppna, fel att registrera ny konto. Kan ni snälla åtgärda det?
