Late delivery. Was a gift. Even after prepaying it the delivery guy asks the person whom it is gifted to pay up. If you want to chat you need to compulsory refer friends. Else you cant chat with them..

I was having a dount .. wheather i should buy sweets online .. but making one order to orderzapp ... it increased my confidence level .. The sweet delivered was really awesome .. also the service was pretty fast .. i would recommend to use this app for buying sweets .. just give it a try .. and trust me .. they wont let you down . Made my new year really great thanks!!!!Have ordered a cake with ship image for my nephew for new year. Got delivery on time exactly when I have asked for. Fresh cake with the same image shown on the app.

App is good but the only problem is that I once called the customer care on just picking the call I could hear he'll lot of voice as the customer care was in some fish market and even the customer representative was speaking as if she was just made to sit there for a day complete like a confused person otherwise it is good.
