Using the application you can ask other people, situated into a closer proximity by you, about information or pictures.
You can raise a question and the application forwards it to others users around you. When they response back, you will get their answer.
If you want to see what is around, you can request a picture. Others users around you take a photo with their mobile device and send you back.
In this way in few minutes you have a snapshot about the environment near you.

The application is sending GPS location of the device to server, but it truncates the coordinates.
It does not know the exact position of a mobile device.
Instead it knows that the phone is inside of an area having 2.5 square km but does not the exact position inside this area.
