GCash

Their service just brought me a lot of pain, hassle and inconvenience rather than convenience. I have been using GCash for more than two years but now I am ending it due to poor service and faulty system. Negatives: 1. I do not recommend to use this service for shopping online. It will just bring you a lot of hassle due to the following reasons: a. Credits/refunds are not automatically added to your account. You have to call their hotline for that refund and ask you to fill up and sign a dispute form. b. Most purchases, although the amount has already been deducted from your account, are unsuccessful and will just cause you to have problems with your orders online. 2. If there are credits or adjustments related to your purchases or subscriptions, those adjustments will not reflect to your account automatically. Therefore, you will have to really monitor your transactions happening in your GCash account which I think will just provide me a lot of hassle and additional work. 3. Buying loads with other networks only work sometimes and not all the time.

PayPal to Gcash cash-in has been unavailable since 10th of May. I contacted the GCash hotline last 12th of May and they said that the problem is with PayPal and there's no expected turnaround time. I still gave them a good review afterwards eventhough the problem isnt sorted out yet because I understand that it isnt globe's fault. 14th of May, I tried linking my PayPal to gcash again and it went through. However, everytime I click cash-in, it says that i need to link my paypal acct eventhough i already did. I contacted PayPal to listen to their side and they said that the integration for preapproved payments to G-exchange has already been sorted. So now the problem is with globe. I'm really disappointed that it's taking so long to sort this issue. The only reason why i used gcash and even took out a mastercard with globe is because i get paid by clients thru paypal and gcash is the most convenient way of withdrawing those funds. Now I have all the funds in PayPal without being able to withdraw it and im losing freelancers since i am unable to pay them. This is really bad for business. As soon as i find something else that offers similar service, i'll cut my ties with globe and get rid of gcash, my 50mbps internet subscription and wont renew my postpaid plan anymore. I am sick and tired of dealing with a company that promotes nothing but headache to consumers. I am so done with globe.

Problem with linking Paypal in app. Globe says the problem is with Paypal and that Paypal is still having a system enhancement. They dont also have the idea when will the service will be restored. They said the problem started on May 10, 2016. Its May 22 now. Nganga parin daw po muna tayo. Haha

If gcash would add the following, only then will it be the greatest achievement known to man: 1. The master Credit card must be able to receive funds. 2. Option to convert to bitcoin 3. Offer services same as coins.ph 4. The ability to apply for the master card online and have the kyc on live camera instead. 5. Option to covert load to gcash

It was working fine before. But useless app now. I only get gcash card for paypal use but you can't withdraw your money from paypal to gcash, they said its temporary under maintenance and has no timeframe when it could be fix. The issue started may 10 and they hasn't fix until now. I'm so disappointed cause I refer this to my colleague.

I am new to gcash. Whenever I register, it keeps showing error so I used the *143# and it worked. When i tap pay bills it also keeps saying error. I tried it with two different devices and it keeps saying the same error. I wanna try this Gcash service . Please fix these things. Thanks.

GCash Balance and Recent transaction is not updated in real time. You should fix that. Your apps must be auto-updated in every transaction. Why Smart's PayMaya can do that and you don't??? Give our real time credit in every transaction and add Philhealth in Biller then I would give my precious 5 star rating.

IT WOULD BE BETTER if you include major atm's for gcash cash ins. Ex pnb, bdo, why only bpi.. i installed gcash for a hassle free buying of load now uninstalling it again. Mas madali pa bumili ng load sa pnb atms. Tsk tsk very limited function

Dear GCash, it is more helpful for the users of GCash to bring back the feature PREPAID LOAD TO GCASH why?? Because it can be use whenever the user is in provinces where in some store are not selling gcash load instantly... Hopefully to see the result of our complains... And PREPAID LOAD TO GCASH the reason why I download it....

Since PayPal to Gcash is now up and running I have a higher rating. But please don't let that happen again. Its time consuming. Please globe do your job right.

I love the new update where no need to use the sim. Just wifi and you're good to go. Very accessible and fast transaction. I recommend this to all my friends. Thanks GCash.

I liked the app before since i can transfer funds or top up by means of my cellphone. now i could not do it anymore. it is thru bpi and paypal and bpos that i can only cash in

Useless, even if you're KYC'ed already. Cash in wont work. I've been trying to cash in some funds but gcash wont let me. Logged out logged back in, uninstall install, unlink relink but still not working. I've called everyone there is to call but no use. I've exhausted everything but this app is such a waste of time. I been doing this for hours then I realized it consumed almost my whole day and still not able to cash in. My day became so unproductive because of this app. It's useless; very useless.

Previous version is Good. I can't make my payments on my Globe Broadband Subscription on this new version. It has Code BFA3 error. Do something PLEASE!

It doesnt gives you the recent transactions on the app. There's always charge before the payment go through. Please help why this is happening. Iam just trying gcash but could be on a longer term once u fix this.

This app sucks! Been dealing with their customer service for months now trying to link my paypal account with this crap but they could not do it because of my name suffix which paypal said it should be fine because they only have 3 fields to fill upon sign up! Still getting nowhere with globe.. Always crap

Google this: gcash paypal problem android version kitkat You should be aware that many of your customers are having a hard time linking PayPal to gcash because it doesn't work on Kitkat version of Android. Too many problems to stress about.

i think sir maam you should back the Globe or smart load to cash in on Gcash we like that way before....now this app are useless...we cannot cash in and pay bills..using load..you should understand sir maam that almost pilipino has no credit card or Bank account we rely on Globe and smart load to cash in.i hope you could understand my opinion and understanding on your app base on my experience!!

For the Gcash developer bring back the feature Preapaid load to Gcash cuz its much more easier to cash in instead of using multiple accounts

Many functions do not work. Previous version could pay bills for instance globe post paid this version gives error bfa3 when selecting any company including globe postpaid.

Can't link paypal here. I've tried 7 times linking my paypal account here, but I didn't received any confirmation nor does it confirm.

Problem with linking to paypal. Seems like paypal isnt recognizing gcash so paypal is automatically deactivating the preapproved payment. Fix it please.

Still no dual sim support but love the new approach. It's way better and more secure than the old update

The app was great but now I am having trouble linking my paypal to gcash I got successfully linked it but still could not cash in and get my money on paypal please do help me I already message on facebook still no response.

You cant pay google play with this. American Express doesnt work even if you have gcash. Use paypal instead.
