Let me add to the remarks of my fellow sim carders. This product is unreliable. Here are the problems. There is always an issue when topping up credit. The phone top up does not work properly. The website shows an error message. The app does not update the credit amount. Issues always need to be fixed via chat which luckerly works reasonably well. You need smartphone skill to register with a network provider in each country you visit. You need to manage "network operators..APN and an app called My profile
